Ad on VRBO is misleading. It says at the top 3 bedrooms but then lists 1 king, 1 Queen, 2 Double beds, 1 Queen.Well the 2nd Queen is a folding cot. The only place to put it is the living room! So we had 1 family that had to sleep in the living room. It is also NOT a whole house. It is a duplex. The backyard is shared with the people in the other half. The host also assured me the backyard was fully fenced....it is NOT. There is a privacy fence but not enclosed. Made things difficult with my dog.The house was in need of repair, the front bedroom window is broken and held on with a screw, leaving a gap so the traffic on A1A kept us awake all night. The back screen door does not latch. There was no hot water in the shower though. I will say we let the host know and he sent somebody over within an hour and fixed it. When we got there there were dirty dishes put away in the cabinet. The floor was filthy. We were extremely unhappy with our stay.
