This was our 2nd time staying here, the first with our kids. They LOVED it. Such a perfect spot for a family getaway. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay. Easy access to all of St Augustine great quiet area. I would say hit a grocery store on the way in because we didn’t find one nearby. Also if you like to sleep with a fan bring it. But other than that the host was exceptional and we will definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Arrived @ the property around 6pm & couldn’t get in the property w/code plus our parking space wasn’t available. The front door was unlocked and we saw groceries/luggage were in the property. After contacting the host via phone call, she was SCRAMBLING to figure out who was in our unit. She had her son remove the belongings in the unit & assured us “all was well” & to put our luggage in the unit. Not 10mins later she was telling us it was double booked & since the other ppl arrived first we now had to move out. She mentioned they were changing their property mgmt software to Guesty. She said we would get a full refund. We only got a partial refund & she said we would have to contact VRBO for the rest. After several emails, texts, & phone calls it got resolved the next day. The property looked fine but the host (although”nice”) wasn’t professional in appearance or communication. We’ve stayed in VRBO’s before & never had this type of experience. We had to find other accommodations quickly & found a hotel we wish we would have booked in the first place. BEWARE when booking w/this host…communicate before arriving that your reservation is solid.

We loved our stay and the comfort and coziness of the cottage. The location was great!! The only input is bleaching around the tub tile grout a little. But the place was very clean and comfortable. It had all that we needed in our 4 Day stay. Was just perfect! I highly recommend it. Everything went very smooth and no problems. Loved the place!

Staying at this beautifully maintained, charming cottage was an incredible experience! It offered a perfect blend of comfort and charm that made our stay special. The mattress and linens were exceptionally cozy, providing a luxurious feel comparable to a top-notch hotel. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed a fully stocked kitchen and a well appointed bathroom that left nothing to be desired. The cleanliness of both the interior and the surrounding area was impeccable, and we especially appreciated the short, scenic walk to downtown. It was so convenient! We would stay here again and can’t thank the owners enough for creating such a warm, home-like atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and delightful getaway!

The location was perfect to walk downtown. Overall we thought the place was well thought out with games and pamphlet provided. When waking up in middle of night we found cockroaches. And the next morning while getting ready to check out ants in the bathroom sink. I was asked to leave towels on the floor in bathroom which is clearly causing damage to wood frame and door which I took photos of so as not to be charged additional fees. I was also told to leave trash on porch which is likely cause of pests. I will not rent again

This property was perfect for our needs. The Bungalows are in a cute little neighborhood that is quiet and peaceful as I drink my coffee on the back porch in the mornings. We parked our car and did not have to move it for the entire weekend which adds to the value of this property. We walked less than 5 minutes to get to the trolley station and take the trolley to see all the sites of St Augustine. When we returned our boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and my husband and I relaxed in the hot tub. We will definitely book again the next time we visiting St Augustine. Thank you!

I’ll share the best parts and improvements I think that would make it better: Best: - The pool was great - pretty private and right in front of the house so it was really easy to supervise from the house for kids. - Awesome walking location to historic downtown. You could walk anywhere - The most comfortable beds ever! - Quiet, nice neighborhood Improvements: - We’ve stayed at many places like this and this one lacked basic things we have seen at all our other accommodations. Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, towels - all were rationed and we had to restock the place. Same with the kitchen - super bare bones. No baking sheets etc. I felt like we had to buy everything to stay there. We were there for 7 nights with 4 people. I could have listed a lot of other creature comforts that would have been really nice. - The furniture was all really uncomfortable and tiny. The living room and both porches furniture was not relaxing at all. - The door pad is really finicky and didn’t work for us when we arrived. I also had to help another family when they arrived a couple days after us because they also could not get in.

The cottages are a quaint respite in the business of St Augustine. The cottages are within the historic district and it's an easy walk to where you can hop on the tram for city tours. A bit longer walk to get all the way to the heart of the historic district. The pool is very nice - if you are lucky enough to be there when it is warm. We enjoyed our stay here.

Really nice place. Had everything we wanted including a hot tub, an area to play with our dog and proximity to the sites and restaurants. We'll definitely go again!
