We really enjoyed our stay. As others have stated the location is unbeatable. The building is very private and quiet and the room's amenities are as described. The host was great and even reachded out more than once to see if everything was alright. Highly recommend.

We loved this place!! It’s perfectly located. Almost everything was within walking distance. While the apartment is in the heart of historic St Augustine, it still felt private and quiet while we were there. The host was quick to reply to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

St Augustine is one of our favorite cities to visit! This condo was in a fantastic location and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was nicely decorated, roomy and the beds were comfortable. We loved the rooftop balcony. We would definitely stay there again!

2nd time at this location. Always a perfect place to stay, with access to the entire Historic District. Just really enjoy the location.

ELEVATOR BROKEN! I had seen other reviews about the elevator being broken. With the room being on the forth floor I wanted to make sure it was working BEFORE booking. The host assured me it was a temporary thing and it was working. After lugging our baggage and a cooler in the rain we get there and the elevator IS NOT WORKING?! No sign, no notice from the host, nothing but the door to the stairs open. NOT HAPPY! We are in good shape but not the youngest and lugging all that a few blocks and then up four flights of stairs?! I contacted the host and they said it “just happened ”. Yeah I call BS. I should’ve been notified and given the option to go elsewhere. No discount offered and not much of an apology. To add to that the bed is hard as a rock, no blackout shades, no clock, no tv in bedroom. Everything is mismatched and the shampoo, conditioner, soap was so old it was separated water and stunk. For the amount per night they charge a little money back into the rental is needed. It was clean, that was their saving grace.

Great location

Perfect location in historic St. Augustine! Spacious accommodations and loved the rooftop patio area. As others mentioned, the elevator was not working and the condo is on the 4th floor. We were notified of the elevator being out of order prior to arrival but this could be an issue for someone. We will definitely be back!

The Vrbo was wonderful and very centrally located to the Historic District. However, it’s located on the 4th floor and if the elevator is broken, it’s a hike up! Our host was wonderful and we would stay here again!

Amazing location

Comfortable, clean, roomy for two. Amazing location for exploring St. A, attending events, etc. May not be ideal for handicapped as parking a few blocks away and elevator in this lovely old building had challenges and the walk to fourth floor is good exercise.

Reservation changed after booking!

Our rental property was changed to a much less desirable property after booking and after all of our other travel arrangements were made. We were stuck with very few options, none in the location we wanted to be. We did not stay at this property so I cannot give a review on it.

Awesome stay in a beautiful city. Excellent communication, great condo, and very nice neighbors. Very well appointed, the rooftop terrace was beautiful and the location couldn’t be better. Walked everywhere, then returned to our quiet refuge.
