  • Beautiful, newly-built cottage in Historic Downtown St. Augustine, steps from the marina and surrounded by top attractions, the best restaurants, unique shops, galleries, and more. Magically serene and peaceful neighborhood next to all of the best spots downtown. The sky is clear for stargazing at night and you can often see horse-drawn carriages drive by this prime downtown location. Enjoy your morning coffee on either of the relaxing porches. Often birds and owls find peace in the tall canopy in the backyard.

Nice location, a little less than a mile from Flagler College and the other sites. It's a nice walk. Nice layout for a couple on a quick getaway.

Super cute cottage! Perfectly clean, new bed very comfortable. AC works great. A short drive to downtown or uptown. Walking distance to Ice Plant and Ragga Surf Cafe for breakfast. Loved our stay in St. Augustine and would be happy to come back and stay in Delightful Cottage again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated—every detail was thoughtfully done. Our stay was fantastic. The entire place was exceptionally clean, beautifully set up, and incredibly inviting from the moment we arrived. Every detail felt well thought out, making the space comfortable and relaxing. The bathtub was especially impressive—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again!

The house was clean and has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The bathroom is nice and roomy with a tub and a large shower. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The refrigerator has an ice maker which was a bonus.

A perfectly designed tiny home-cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything worked flawlessly, making it an effortless and relaxing stay. Loved how bright it was, but private, and the AC was cold; I could hardly hear it.
