Refugio directo para artistas frente al mar

No puedo acercarme al océano. Casa recién remodelada frente a la playa se compone de 3 propiedades. Increíble casa justo en la playa. Toda la casa tiene 3 cocinas completas y baños completos. Cuenta con 4 opciones diferentes. Reserve toda la casa o solo un piso. Si desea ver toda la propiedad, este es el VRBO 452056 del piso intermedio, el Penthouse es VRBO 1215983 y la planta baja (Gypsy Palace) es VRBO 1419813. Todos los pisos tienen el mismo costo. Esta casa tiene una cubierta exterior extra grande en la playa con asientos incorporados. 2 entradas de playa semiprivadas. La casa está ubicada en St. Agustín en la pequeña isla de Summer Haven. Ubicado a dos millas al norte de Marineland. Estamos en un raro (para St. Agustín) parte de la playa donde ningún vehículo puede acceder a la playa, por lo que no se preocupe por el paso de automóviles. Nuestra playa casi no es accesible para el acceso público, sin bajar algunas rocas empinadas .25 millas de esta propiedad, por lo que es muy privada para aquellos que tienen la suerte de tener acceso. Estamos directamente en el Océano Atlántico, pero también puede ver el río Matanzas y el canal intracostero. Desde el piso superior se puede ver el histórico Fort Matanzas. Como nos sentamos en este acceso, la vida salvaje es increíble. Las tortugas marinas, los delfines y los manatíes van y vienen todos los días frente a esta propiedad dentro y fuera de la entrada del océano y el río. Nuestra área del Intracoastal se encuentra en 25 millas de hábitat natural subdesarrollado propiedad del estado. El agua es una de las áreas de agua más contaminadas en el estado de Florida que atrae a pescadores y observadores de aves de todas partes a las áreas de este santuario. Nuestra área es muy privada, sin delitos y con la sensación de seguridad para aquellos que quieren dejar a sus hijos en libertad en la playa sin preocupaciones. This place was amazing!! Right on the beach and it felt like we were the only ones there at some times. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen has plenty of appliances. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Birthday weekend

The property is awesome. We had a great stay here. We love the views and I enjoyed playing in the water. Our host was right on top of all our questions and very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

We just love the location of this place. Literally steps to the beach. We had a nice relaxing week here & any questions we had were answered by the property manager promptly!

Girls Trip

The perfect getaway! The house had amazing views and the beach was steps away. We felt like we had our own private beach. Shopping, Restaurants and St. Augustine is within a few minutes of this property. We have already started planning our next trip back to Artist Haven!

Just fabulous

Artist Haven is an amazing property. Steps from the beach and those million dollar views! Wow! The host has thought of everything and created several seating and lounging areas to enjoy the full beach experience. I can't wait to come back.

Perfect Vintage Spot in Summer Haven

The Treehouse's Artists Haven, or middle floor, in Summer Haven is truly a special place with spectacular views in a cozy set up. Unit was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful via phone. Will stay again in the future.

Artist Haven on the beach.

We love this spot! No crowds and dog friendly. Literally just steps to the beach. This place has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Location is wonderful. Kitchen is great. Plenty of towels, etc... View is exceptional! And the Host is responsive.

Beautiful Getaway

I stayed here with my brother and 80 year old mother. It was perfect! My mother was able to walk down the steps to be right on the beach, and when she didn’t feel like walking out, she enjoyed the ocean view and breeze on the deck. It was such a quiet, beautiful place to make memories with family. I am so thankful for our time here!

Beautiful location

Amazing views with a fully stocked kitchen. The use of the BBQ and washer and dryer were nice. We didn’t love the windows into the rooms so you had no privacy from anyone that is in the living room / kitchen.

Great Location but still waiting on a refund

Property is great and have stayed here for years. Great Views and Great Location. BUT we amended the stay by 1 day (well within the VRBO guidelines) and the owner won't make contact with us or VRBO to properly complete the refund. So......

Thanksgiving getaway

The location of this property is literally worth a million dollars! Amazing! The family, including our dogs, had a great time beach combing and in the process we had the opportunity to rescue a wash backed green sea turtle. The property is great, well stocked, cozy and comfortable. The exterior and landscaping needs some TLC, but other than that we all had a great time and will be back soon!

The place was beautifully decorated and cozy, the view outside our back door was a private sandy beach and with lightly crashing waves, and anytime we had a question, our host answered us in minutes! We loved the serene peace and tranquility at Artist Haven, and recommend it to anybody who wants a little taste of heaven.

Great beach home

The Penthouse

The Penthouse was wonderful with a magnificent view of the sunrise over the ocean. It's was a beautiful quiet beach that felt private. There were many flocks of seabirds to watch. The house was well equipped in every way. We hope to return someday.

Overall say was good but the hvac was not working made it a little uncomfortable on cold nights

Unbelievable views!

We loved this place. We are a local family that wanted to spend the week before school went back in session at the beach. It was the perfect location. This section of the beach is perfect for families. As the other reviews mentioned the changing tides expose the sandbars and tide pools and made it really fun. We saw an octopus in one tide pool! Our girls, age 11, went to Marineland for a 1/2 day Aquarist Trainer for the day and loved it. They asked if they could do it again. We had really good dinners at JTs seafood shack in Hammock Beach and Back 40 A1A. I highly recommend this place! We rented the 2nd floor of the house. Each floor is rentable. At first I thought this would bother me but it didn’t at all. Our neighbors upstairs were as nice as can be.

Perfect location!

Great week spent with my high school besties! The house was so interesting & eclectic. The outdoor area was amazing!!! the proximity to the beach was perfect! Even my dog enjoyed it. We hardly left the house for any length of time. I would definitely come back to this place!!

Look no further for a peaceful, drop dead gorgeous coastal getaway

We could not have been more pleased with the location, the very tastefully furnished space, the ever changing Atlantic Ocean throughout the day, with its vast fluctuations of low - exposing sandbars and rock formations - and high tides, majestic panoramic views. and the privacy the beach area affords. Owners were the best, and quickly communicated. Our first getaway to this part of Florida will not be our last!
