This property was very convenient to the beach and it had all the amenities you would want. Kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to eat in and not leave. The beds were comfortable, love that we had TVs in every bedroom and even outside. Unfortunately, the other couple traveling with us was not able to make it, but the house was plenty big for two couples and some. The pool was a nice perk although we only used it twice. Loved how close the property was to Saint Augustine downtown as it was very convenient.The only negative we found in the house was the covered patio appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. There were spiderwebs all along the inside of the screen room and the nice wooden table outside appeared to be dirty and a little moldy. I only mention this so that the owner may be aware if they rely on a crew to maintain the space.But nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, and we would definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had a perfect layout and plenty of comfortable beds. It was stocked well as we cooked at home most nights. It was a very short walk to the beach, super convenient. The super clean heated pool was the highlight of our stay and the floats and pool toys were a bonus. I cannot say enough good about the communication we had with the owner David. We made great family memories together. Thanks David!

Amazing house! Well stocked, very clean, great location super close to a beautiful beach! The pool was screened in and bug free, very clean and warm. We really enjoyed our stay, we hope it is available again for us next year.

This house is fantastic and it really hit all the extras we wanted with vast amount of space, the wonderful heated pool and convenient beach access. The soaring ceilings in the living room and very well-appointed master suite add luxury for a very relaxing vacation. The master suite is the main feature. All the amenities make it an oasis. We hosted adult family members in other rooms, and everyone was comfortable. Even with cooler December temperatures, we all enjoyed the heated pool daily. Beach access meant crossing A1A and the hill through the dunes. The reward was a section of the beach that was almost private. What a luxury! The screened lanai was huge. This house had so many places to relax, everyone could spread out and do their own thing. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, both large and small appliances. The kitchen, baseboards and walls were exceptionally clean. The sofas around the great room TV were showing some wear, but were comfortable for visits with family and late-night movies. We easily sat 8 adults on the couches. The 3 car garage made packing up for outings stress free. We recommend bringing your own beach chairs and some extra hangers. The management and housekeeping generously accommodated an allergy issue by laundering sheets and towels in scent free detergent. Management always responded to questions and concerns. Thank you so much! This is a great property. We definitely recommend it, and look forward to spending future vacations there.

Perfection!

We loved every minute spent at this beautiful property! From all the great amenities, super comfortable furniture and beds, kitchen with everything you might need, awesome outdoor living space, and the amazing location to the beach! We have stayed in a couple of different homes in the area, and this was by far our favorite. We can’t wait to return! Thank you David for hosting such a wonderful family vacation!

This house is as amazing! We had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and a very short walk to the beach.The host David replied quickly to any questions that I had.I would definitely recommend this house and look forward to staying there again!

Beautiful Beach House

This is a gorgeous, spacious house with big open areas inside and poolside. It’s in a quiet neighborhood two houses from the coastal road and a path to stunning Vilano Beach. Master bedroom and bath are very big. House was very clean, pool is warm. Good communication from rental management representative and property manager. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Lovely week away

Our family stayed a week at this beautiful home. The house is bright, open and spacious - plenty of room for all. The outdoor space was especially nice! The location was fabulous - less than a block from the beach and only 11. minutes to St. Augustine.

Great house with the doors that open for such a spacious feel - we enjoyed our stay and being so close to the beach. They even had beach towels. Super clean and New feeling

Fireplace not as advertised

We were super disappointed as we booked this property for the photograph of the outside fireplace. I have photo's to prove it was barely a glow. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy it. To be honest it is almost false advertising. Also the trundle beds were very dirty with crumbs hair etc again sent photo's of both to the manager. We had dinner in and there was no salad bowl We had to serve salad in the crock pot. There were only 3 teaspoons. A suggestion would be some nice serving dishes and a salad bowl and some tea spoons. The dishes cups etc were fine and plentiful. A few nicer wine glasses would also be a great addition. Overall we enjoyed our stay it is a lovely house and nice location. I also enjoyed the heated pool.

Perfect!

Absolutely perfect from first day to last day. Super clean, so close to beach access and all the comforts of home. There were eleven in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved this house. Also, very close to really good restaurants, shopping and points of interest.

Everything was perfect

The home is amazingly clean and has a perfect flow. The kitchen is well designed and had all the tools needed. The pool was spotless and the perfect size. The walk to the beach was less than a township block. Check in and check out were way easier than I have ever experienced at any Vrbo.
