This place was perfect for our family. There’s an office included for those that are working while traveling. Host communicates well and answers quickly. We would stay here again.

Great value!

The house is new, clean and very spacious. Just 2 miles from the historic St Augustine strip. Great place for a family to stay if you’re looking to be close to the sites but avoid the downtown prices. I would stay here again!

Good house for a group

We stayed with a group of 7 adults. The house was very clean and check in and out were great. Location is about 10 minutes away from downtown St Augustine and it was easy to get to.

The house is in a neighborhood setting and which we felt very safe and friendly. Close to downtown and all the St. Augustine has to offer. Since I cook most meals, I paid attention to previous reviews and since I cook, I brought with me many of the household items that I depend on. All that I felt was missing, I reached out to Rebecca and she responded quickly to any problems or needs. Perfect for short term stays due to proximity to downtown. My daughter and her children enjoyed Butlers Beach. We spent our last week in the hospital, which we also found to be excellent.

Wonderful stay!

Great little house close to everything. The house was clean, new, spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was super quiet & the neighbors were very nice. The pool just down the street was great & we visited it several times. The host was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond when we had questions. Plus all the little extras provided were a very nice touch! We stayed 2 months & would definitely stay again!

Hello, the house was ok, in my opinion it will need some upgrades to make it feel more comfortable, like installing TVs in the bedrooms, also the absence of dressers, lids for the pans and additional houseware are some of the cons.Other than that, the house is ok.

2 week stay

We absolutly loved this house and the location. It was clean and bright, with open floor plan. Beds were comfy and so was couch. Close to everything, shopping, grocery store. Beach. And we went to Solomon Calhoon pool many times. Only $3.00 a day for adults. Easy communication with owners. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Only 1 thing to suggest, bedrooms need dressers or luggage rack to put suitcases on, no where to put them ecept floor. Would rent again.
