Beautiful, clean condo!!! We had a wonderful family vacation here. The condo had ample space for us all (7). It was one of the largest we have stayed in. It was very clean and well supplied. Tons of storage space. The view was breathtaking from the balcony. Easy parking, and easy beach access, even though there were stairs to the beach. There were benches so we just wheeled our things to the stairs and then unloaded to the beach from there. Very easy for us old people. The beach was never crowded and was beautiful. The appliances worked well and we enjoyed having the laundry room in the condo. If I were to suggest anything, I would add enough seating at the table for all. There was only 5 chairs for the table and there were 7 of us. I would also add more seating on the beach balcony (there was only 1 lounger), and some seating on the front balcony. The communication with the listing agent was prompt and very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. They addressed any questions we had very quickly. We would love to return and stay in this condo in the future.

Nice condo!

We enjoyed everything about the condo. The 10 digit door code took a day to memorize but after that it was easy. We love Crescent Beach and this condo is a great place for us to return to on our next trip.

The condo is just as described. It is very clean and the corner unit balcony was so nice to sit out on and enjoy the breeze . Check in and check out was super easy . The only negative and it’s not about the unit, is there are no umbrellas in the tables by the pool. The two other pools that are a part of this complex, had poolside tables with umbrellas.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Everything exceeded our expectations. We had 5 adults and a 2 year old (3 generations) and the condo layout was very roomy and comfortable. We were looking for a beach, a view and a pool and this place certainly delivered. It probably could use some updates ... but that didn't impact our stay at all. (one minor thing - The glass top coffee table was cute but what a shin killer. We threw a blanket over it to protect our 2 year old ... and our legs.)

Great Place!!

The place was great!! Beaches were beautiful and big! This is a non crowded area, very peaceful and relaxing. The condo was very accommodating and had everything we needed. Thank you for your hospitality.

Spring Break

First impression was not good because of the stair well but the place was awesome. The first thing we saw as we walked in was the beautiful view of the ocean. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was well equipped. Could probably use a little updating but not bad.Beds we're comfy and plenty of furniture. The glass table should be replaced. Several of us bumped into it. My son cut his leg pretty bad on it. And the only other complaint is that the sinks and tubs drained very, very slowly.

Great stay. Quiet and not crowded. End unit with perfect view of the ocean. Only downside, roof construction just above us that started at 8am. Luckily we were out and about

NO ELEVATOR

Be aware this is an older complex with only 1 elevator per building. We arrived to find the elevator out of service. My wife has bad knees and I have a sore back (we’re both 76 years old). So dealing with 4 flights of stairs was a big deal. Fortunately, we were only there for 2 nights, and were able to make it work. We actually liked the condo. Very clean, comfortable and amazing views. Just wish the management company had given us a heads up about the elevator situation with an opportunity to cancel. We feel like a rebate on the rent is justified.

Incredible Views

Very impressed with the views and the size of the unit. Very disappointed with communication once checked in. No one had a clue what the correct code was to access the pool area and shortest access to the beach??? Had to go to the opposite end of the building to get beach access.

2023 Beach trip
