Highlight of my year!

The property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained both inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with platters, bowls, and all the utensils you could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning was efficient and quiet. We were so pleased to have found this gem for a very special weekend for our family.

Excellent

All of the amenities one would need for a week-long stay was included. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. Very nice property about 10 mins walk to the beach. Beautiful back yard. We would stay again.

Great beach vacation!

We had a great beach vacation with our family of 6. The house was great and offered plenty of space for our family. The pool, hot tub and backyard were great when we wanted a break from the beach. The house is in a great location. Very easy walk to the beach (10 mins or so) and to anything you would need (restaurants, ice cream, grocery etc) and also an easy drive to down St. Augustine. The house also came with plenty of beach chairs, wagons and toys which was a nice surprise. We had a blast and would certainly return to this house.

Relaxing time at Floridays

I think everyone is pretty nervous when they rent a place they never been but this place delivered! It was just my husband and I along with two dogs and it was perfect! It will accommodate a family easily. We found it very relaxing. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Thanks for a great vacay!

First Family Vacation

Perfect place for our family (2 adults, 1 baby, 2 dogs). Floridays fit all our family needs. Backyard was awesome for the dogs. Pool was great! Great location. Walked to beach every morning. We are already talking about staying here again but for a longer time. Thanks Floridays for creating a awesome memory for our family.

Home Away from Home

This was the most relaxing house we have visited in all our years of coming to St. Augustine. Everything was fresh, clean and beautifully decorated. Nothing needed fixing or upgrading. Our four boys loved the pool and yard. We had Cornhole tourneys and grilled out every night. The outdoor gathering area was perfect. There was plenty of seating of all kinds and we all fit comfortably at the table for dinner. I appreciated the cute little lights strung up around the patio. I especially enjoyed the washer and dryer. They are rock stars!! I even liked having them in the kitchen (behind a sliding barn door, out of sight.) A couple notes. The kitchen is very well stocked, but if you want to get fancy make sure you bring your knives and seasonings. Otherwise, there was plenty of cookware, utensils, plates, etc. The extensive use of the label maker to let us know what was in each drawer was a very nice touch. Bring some extra paper products if you go through a lot. We have nothing bad to say about this house.

Clean, close to the beach, great neighborhood

This was by far the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in! The house was a ten minute walk or less than five minute drive to the beach access! The pool was clean and well maintained with a great patio full of furniture for relaxing evenings. Our dog loved the fully fenced in backyard. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. I don’t have a bad thing to say about this rental! We will be back :)

Florida's 2021

This property is as expected. It was very clean and walking distance to the ocean. The pool was great. My only complaint is there was not enough paper products for 6 people. And kitchen towels were only 2. For those of us who cook the kitchen was good other than the towels and paper towels, toilet paper. There were no kleenex. For the price of the rental it should have been supplied. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great vacation home

This vacation home was perfect for our first trip to St Augustine. It is exactly as described - very clean and well stocked. We chose this particular home for the pool and the fenced in yard for my golden retriever who vacationed with us. One note, and it is mentioned in the listing, the pool/spa is not heated and the water was cold. As the summer warms, it will be perfect temp but for now it took a bit to get used. The yard was well maintained although there were a few spots where the fence boards were open/not touching ground, but it wasn't an issue for our dog. She loved chasing the squirrels and lizards. It was so nice for her to be able to relax as we enjoyed the pool and the yard games. One observation is that the main hand rail for the pool stairs is a little loose and I did write that in my check out form. The home is close to some really good restaurants and not far from St Augustine and all the sights. We drove to the beach although you can walk to it as well. We did notice that several restaurants were under staffed and were not doing take out. So just be patient and kind to those doing their best - all the folks we met were so friendly and the food was great!

Great location nicely remodeled

The house was nicely remodeled, but there were a couple of things missed. It was not well stocked with towels or kitchen things - so make sure to bring what you need. There was a child safety alarm on the door, which would have been great, but it didn’t work. The WIFI worked horribly and there was absolutely no phone reception so if you work remotely and need to use the internet this is not the house for you! The pool was not maintained and the spa heater did not work. I had to call three times for someone to respond and they never did fix it or communicate. Overall, it was a nice rental I think the issue lies in the management company. When you call with a problem, you get a dispatcher who doesn’t have a clue and they just say someone will call you but they never did. When I sent the owners a message to get more details at the beginning they sent me a chain message and didn’t respond at all.

Beautiful place in a great location!

The house is in a great, safe location. It’s a 5 minute drive to the beach, 15 minutes to downtown. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The house itself is either new or newly remodeled. Everything is in great shape and is comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the backyard was lovely as well. Check in and check out was seamless. We really appreciated the ‘guide’ provided by the property managers with restaurant recommendations. Overall would definitely recommend as a great place to stay if you’re visiting St. Augustine. We hope to return soon!
