Everything was great! I only have a couple of suggestions and those are the need for more than two washcloths and one hand towel. We definitely had an abundance of towels. Location was great and the house was wonderful.

Great location!

Lovely, quiet neighborhood, and easily walkable into downtown St. Augustine. The host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Clean!

We were looking for a quaint little stay in St. Augustine for the weekend and that’s exactly what we got. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and attractions and just a short drive to dt St. Aug. we enjoyed our stay in Here Comes The Sun!

Noelle was great and the house was even better. Beautiful place in a great location. Super close to downtown and very convenient.

Great place!

I loved this property! Everything as listed and the communication with the owner was great. The neighborhood is amazing because it is close to everything and safe. I will definitely return to this place.

Great place with pets

Our stay was clean & comfortable. Our pets loved the house and walks in the neighborhood. The backyard was fine and small with six foot fence which was great for letting our older pups out after dark. We will definitely stay here again if in town again!

Convenient location

Our stay was wonderful. Home was just right. Nicely decorated and very clean. Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the water nearby and lovely views of the area. Over Lions Bridge into St Augustine was easily accessible. Would highly recommend this property to all coming to St Augustine.

Thanksgiving Family vacation

I loved this property! The location is great and so convenient to everything! I loved the decor and it was great being able to have our little Pomeranian dog with us for this vacation! Dining at the Conch House which is within walking distance was great! We loved walking through the beautiful neighborhood to look at the sunset & sunrise!

Comfortable and Peaceful Stay

Definitely a comfortable, clean home with thought out special details, the neighborhood is quiet if you are looking for a peaceful stay. Historical St. Augustine, restaurants, and beaches minutes away. Property manager/owner was very attentive and diligently responsive to all needs or requests. I highly recommend this place.

It’s a really cute duplex. Very well decorated. Pretty clean as well. The neighbor next door came to apologize for his dogs possibly being noisy on day 1. However the dogs howled constantly through the day and our visit if we came back to the house to change or relax. Small dead lizard in bathroom and small back yard area if bring pets. Front lawn has nice green grass but does need cut.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. We went to four different beach and they were easy to get to. We were able to see the fireworks from downtown St. Augustine by walking a few houses down the street. The neighborhood is beautiful. We walked to dinner a few times.

Great location!

Easy access to restaurants, beaches, Nice neighborhood! House is clean and welcoming. Doesn’t include anythin such as coffee. Other than basics it's great!coffee,sug pep Needs and ST Augustine!

Clean and very close to downtown

This was about a 20 minute walk to town, it was so clean and Noelle was available anytime we needed anything! Very quiet, comfortable little neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, bathroom had clean towels and the TV had a Roku so we could watch movies.

St. Augustine get away.

We enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine and can’t wait to return. The property is cute, quaint and comfortable ! You can see the water from the porch. There was a basket of goodies for us on arrival that was enjoyed promptly😀Noelle reached out to us to ensure we had everything we needed which was very kind!

Florida Getaway

This property was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Communication was excellent and all questions were answered promptly and completely. The location was perfect; in an exceptional neighborhood close to everything, but far enough away to afford privacy and comfort. Would definitely rent this property again and certainly appreciated our stay!!

A great little place!

Firsr let me say that we live about an hour and a half away from S.t Augustine and visit often, always staying in a hotel if we're not day tripping. We chose this house specifically for it's proximity to the Bridge of Lions for our 4th of July getaway with the kids. If possible, I will always choose Here Comes the Sun from now on when we're with our kids. The house was so clean and perfect for our 2 day trip.

A perfect place of rest :)

We spent the weekend with our grown kids, our daughter-in-law, and our 17-month old granddaughter at this rental unit and it fit us to a T! Comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located to everything. Loved the decor, the beach towels, the spacious floor plan and the quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips; the unit lacked nothing. We will be back again soon!

Perfect spot in St. Augustine!

We had never been to St. Augustine and came for a concert. This home was PERFECT! Clean and exactly as pictured. Nice touches like having water bottles and snacks upon arrival. The entire home was decorated cute and cheerful. The location was great. Very quiet and safe. Easy to get to the beaches, downtown, and the amphitheater. Communication with the owner was great and very responsive through the entire stay! We will definitely come back!

Lovely cottage for Christmas in St Augustine

Here comes the Sun Rental property in Saint Augustine was just perfect for our Christmas Holiday to celebrate with family. Cottage had everything we needed including welcome snacks, coffee and bottled water. Living room was cozy and tastefully decorated. Two Bedrooms with double bed, covered in fluffy pillows and down comforters were awesome and so comfortable! Little backyard was nice for dogs. Hostess Noelle was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this lovely cottage !

Amazing beach house

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this beach house. The neighbor was nice and quiet. The house was clean, organized, and nice. The beach was 10 minutes away from the house which was convenient for my family. We brought our dog with us and it was so much fun. Noelle the host was very attentive and professional and helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely go back and book this house again. The location of the house was so great right next to the marina and we walked our dog everyday and looked out in the ocean. Thank you so much Noelle for such a great house that my family and I could make amazing memories.

Great little house, perfect location

This little house was so perfect for my husband and I, and our dog. It's adorable, and was immaculately clean. The kitchen had ask the items you would need, K-cups and creamer and Keurig coffee maker were provided. Noelle left some snacks for us. The bed was very comfortable. The house and surrounding area was perfectly quiet. The shower was wonderful, and there was so much hot water. There was a great, small yard for our dog. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the morning. The best part was that we were only 5-7 minutes from Historic area. Everything was so close. Noelle checked up on us and wanted to know how we were, and if there was anything we needed. This house made our first time in St. Augustine such a wonderful trip. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.
