Hermoso condominio frente al mar con una vista increíble

Vistas espectaculares y hermosos amaneceres definir esta unidad recién remodelado cuarto frente al mar. La habitación familiar tiene un gran seccional y TV de pantalla grande para el tiempo de la familia y la cocina incluye todo lo necesario para hacerte en casa!

La suite principal tiene una cómoda cama king y cabina de ducha. El segundo dormitorio incluye una cama de matrimonio y un futón (si necesita el espacio para dormir adicional). El tercer dormitorio del cuervo tiene dos camas individuales. Cada habitación incluye un televisor de pantalla plana LCD con reproductores de DVD.

Para las estancias más largas, el condominio está equipado con una lavadora y secadora de carga frontal de tamaño completo. Relájese en el balcón frente al mar, lugar de reunión y disfrutar de la vista impresionante. Ni siquiera tienes que ir a la playa!

Perfect Location

Location was wonderful. Close to everything but away from all the action. Delightful grounds and a gorgeous beach! Truly enjoyed the view from the balcony each morning and evening and being serenaded by the resident mockingbird. Condo had all the basic things we needed and was clean and comfortable to be in. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great Stay!

The location is fantastic, close to plenty of wonderful restaurants and a short drive into downtown Saint Augustine. The condo was quiet, clean, and had a terrific view of the ocean.

Customer Service?

We were contacted by the property manager on the day of our arrival and informed the unit we rented was unavailable due to a plumbing issue. We were told we were being relocated to a “nicer unit.” Upon arrival, we discovered the alternate unit we were assigned did not have the same amenities as the unit we booked (ie stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, leather sofa, or larger televisions etc) We immediately went back to the management office to voice our concerns. The property manager was assertive and dismissive. She informed us that we would have to pay an additional fee for another more comparable unit even though it was off season and the resort was not crowded. She did refund us the VRBO fee because the original unit we rented was not available, but offered no additional compensation for the lesser unit. It has always been my experience that anytime a property is not available, the customer is always upgraded and compensated appropriately without an additional charge. I feel the entire situation was handled inappropriately and unprofessionally. We enjoyed the beaches of St Augustine and will return again next Summer. We will not rent at this complex again.

Beautiful view

The best thing about this condo is the patio size and view. From beautiful sunrise to stormy evenings, we were able to enjoy it all from the covered patio. The condo itself was the perfect size for the 6 people in our group with plenty of room to relax. I couldn’t give it five stars because the beds were a little beat up and uncomfortable and the third bunk room was next to the AC unit and very noisy. There was also an unpleasant musty smell coming from the vents. It improved slightly after we changed the AC filter, but could be bothersome for individuals who are sensitive to smell.

Beautiful View on the Beach!

Fantastic location on the beach! Nice proximity to St Augustine. The balcony is wonderful- we really enjoyed spending time out here. Nice windows all the way around the living room as well. The furniture is comfortable. There is a humidity issue, which creates a very musty smell, and mold on the ceiling of the 3rd bedroom, as well as in both bathrooms. We had to keep the sliding door open at all times to help with the musty smell. Something we found very strange- there is nothing at this condo as far as supplies. There's no dish soap, no paper towels, no cooking spray, nothing. We had to purchase things that we've never had to purchase while staying at a place. We were only there for 3 days/4 nights so we found that to be a true waste of money.

Great beachfront property

Loved how close we were to the beach! Balcony was great for catching the sunset and enjoying the morning sun and afternoon breeze. A few minor repairs are needed.

clean and beautiful views

Very clean property and condo. We were very happy with our stay. Quiet with a beautiful view from our 4th floor. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom have ocean view. Close to St. Augustine and many restaurants. Perfect vacation.

The floors were quite dirty and the unit had a musty smell when we arrived. Fuse blew when 2 hair dryers used at same time. Was told by office worker that it had recently been updated but that was not true. Kitchen was extremely tight- hard to get into refrigerator and almost impossible to get to washer/dryer. Good otherwise. Had a nice time.

Perfect Vacation spot

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful ocean front property! The condo had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the unit is convenient to everything including historic St. Augustine. Our only suggestion would be to provide more towels. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to he back again soon.
