The description of the property was very accurate and the home was beautiful. The setting overlooking the river from the back deck was wonderful. Access to all the historic sites in downtown Saint Augustine were just minutes away. Great place to visit and the beach at Anastasia State Park was a real plus in very close. Would definitely stay again.

What a great way to celebrate a family birthday! Our hideaway in the trees with the pond and pool and inlet in our backyard was the perfect backdrop. Cabe and Brittany are terrific hosts—they facilitated our lovely holiday.

What a phenomenal place to stay! The location is perfect - close to Anastasia State Park, the lighthouse, the Alligator Farm, and lots of restaurants to enjoy. The accommodation was so thoughtfully designed - coffee maker in the master bedroom, access to pool & deck to look out over the marina, lots of kitchen tools to use to make meals & snacks, detailed guest guide, fish pond with coy fish to feed. And the customer service was exceptional - quick communication, pamphlets for the guest guide, ease of check out & check in. This was the perfect retreat for our family! We will be back!

This is pretty much one of the most perfect vacation homes I’ve ever stayed in! In fact, I’ve stayed here four times now! It is comfortable, it is clean, it is well appointed throughout! There is something special about St. Augustine but this house just made it that much better! It was beautiful, spacious, CLEAN and the pool area is breath taking! Perfect location for a family stay

We loved everything about our stay. The property was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. Our young kids especially loved hunting lizards in the backyard in the morning, feeding the koi fish, and playing in the pool. Beds were cozy, our toddler passed out on the cozy couch after beach mornings more than once and there was plenty of space for our family. We loved being steps away from Cheba Hut & Mojo Tacos for convenient food stops on the way back from the beach. Also staying minutes away from the Alligator Farm & mini golf was amazing, we wasted no time driving around. St Augustine beach and Vilano beach were both beautiful and perfect for morning trips and evening walks after dinner at one of the restaurants recommended in the personal guide provided (super helpful for us). We couldn’t have asked for a better week and we hope to come back next year!

Wonderful Spring Break!

We absolutely loved staying here for our spring break. Cabe is a great host and responds quickly to communication, the house is clean and in a great location. We loved morning coffees watching the sunrise over the river and late night star gazing on the pool overlook deck. Our kids (and we) loved the pool and the house was gorgeous and comfortable for our group of six. Lots of amenities within the home, a well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable beds and furniture. The house was a quick trip to downtown or the beaches. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay again another time soon!

Great property but Private pool setting is misleading

The property is great if you don't need or want a PRIVATE pool. Unfortunately, I was looking for a private pool when I rented this VRBO. The pool was marked as private so I chose this property but the pool is NOT private. It is shared amongst 3 properties. For this trip I had elderly family who wasn't comfortable sharing the pool with others so this was disappointing. I only used the online app on my phone and the very long description from the owners that would have indicated that pool was not really private did not show up in the pages I reviewed before purchase. VRBO puts the owner notes way below the link where you purchase the time at the property and even below where they show you other properties in same location. Owner should not indicate the pool is private AND VRBO should put the owner details further up.

Winter Getaway

The place was awesome. Plenty of room for 6 to move around and find peace and quiet if needed. We had a couple of questions that were promptly addressed by Cabe. The pool was heated and clean the shower and bathroom are right there so no walking into house. I would definitely stay here again.
