I’ve been coming to St. Augustine for the past 25 years, and this home sits in the ideal historic location right beside my favorite part of the old city. The home is big sleeps 6-8 comfortably. It has nice amenities. Enjoy the deck!

The home was warm, charming, and had a great layout the split floor plan was perfect for two couples. We loved being able to walk into town, and the back deck was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the lake view. The pool was advertised as heated, but it stayed quite cool during our visit. Unfortunately, a tropical storm caused some flooding, which made walking into town a bit tricky. Overall, it was a lovely stay and a great value

The house was absolutely perfect. We loved the pool, the beautiful deck on the lake, and the close proximity to downtown activities. The hosts were very communicative and made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The home was well appointed with everything you could possibly need even including beach chairs and towles, an ice cream machine ect...The property was so nice many times we chose to hang out there as opposed to going out on a tour or event.Would 100% recommend this property and host.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our time at this place. The lake view looking out of the front windows is beautiful. It was really nice to walk downtown and also around the lake. We enjoyed the pool in the early evenings. The property was very clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Our week went by too fast.

We loved it! The house was Super nice. Would have given it a 5 star but just a little disappointed in the pool. The pump never came on!! Just didnt seem real clean. I have a pool and my pump comes on at 8:30 and stays on until 7:30pm. And we did not witness this pumpcome on at all. And sometimes we were until 1 am. But other than that it was very nice.

Amazing

The place was great , clean and had things we needed that we did not think about we did. Got to watch the sunrise over the trees on the deck . Pool was great and house is in good local to walk to local stores and restaurants. We all had a good time and one son did not want to leave . Definitely will stay there again .

This property is beautiful, comfortable, relaxing and the perfect getaway for my family. You know those places that are so beautiful that you don't mind just hanging out at your rental...yeah, that's this place! And accessing the property was refreshingly easy. Definitely a pleasure staying here!

Beautiful house close to St Augustine

My husband and I stayed in this lovely house. It has a great pool and the front overlooks a lake. The porch in the front is gorgeous with beautiful chairs to relax in. A great place for your morning coffee or eve glass of wine. The only drawback is the surrounding neighborhood. Some beautiful houses and some very old and in need of repair. Overall it was fine. Very convenient to St Augustine city center..

Great home, walking distance to downtown St Augustine

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect and between the walking distance to town and the lakefront view it's a terrific location. We didn't get to use the pool because the air temp was a little cold this weekend. Looks nice.

Amazingly well kept property in the perfect location of st Augustine. Very easy to walk anywhere you’d like in the historic city. Communication was super easy with the property owner and any questions we had were answered right away. Will certainly stay here again on our next trip down.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay. Property was beautiful and very close to Town center (about an 11 min brisk walk for me). Beach towels were even provided. Property was very clean, communication with host was very good. The best VRBO experience I’ve ever had.
