Good location with access to many attractions. Clean and pet friendly with a nice enclosed yard for your pet. Great communication with our host with prompt replies to our inquiries.

The bungalow was perfect! We arrived really late and still had easy access to the bungalow. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious enough to feel like home. I would rebook this bungalow again! It is central to business and was only .3 miles for the Old Town Trolley. We ate breakfast at a French restaurant across the street which you could walk to.

Our 2nd stay there and loved it again! Perfect fenced area for our little dog. Great area to easily drive to all St Agustine has to offer!!!

We had a great stay in St. Augustine! The place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable, which made a big difference. The host was pleasant, easy to communicate with, and responded quickly whenever we had a question. Everything went smoothly, and we felt comfortable the entire stay. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Relaxing Stay while in St Augustine

Very cute house and a nice backyard for dogs to play. It made our trip great because you can have a relaxing night in or go out to places near by.

Perfect location

Great bungalow. Perfect size for my wife and I and our little dog. Nice fenced in back yard. Great location for all St. Augustine attractions.

Location location location

This cute little couples cottage was right on the edge of everything. A half mile walk to the trolly. Just far enough away you can escape from the craziness. The house is decorated super cute and the primary bed was so comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute, cozy bungalow

We fully enjoyed our stay in this cute bungalow. It is located on a safe and quiet side street. It was the perfect size for my son and I, and a great value. Check in and out were incredibly easy. We were pleasantly surprised that the hosts provided a fully stocked kitchen, laundry and bathroom. There was even beach toys available! It felt like they thought of everything. The house is a shortwalk from The Old Trolley, a tour that lets you get on and off at over 20 locations inthe historic area and even provids a complimentary ride to the beach. On the 5 minute walk there, we passed restaurants and antique shops. And if you enjoy walking and are in decent shape, you could easily walk into the ancient without the trolley too! We did that in the evenings to enjoy the Night of Light, where all old St Augestine in lit, earning it a top spot in the National Geographic Christmas Towns list. Great value, great location, and great attention to detail equal a fantastic visit. We would definitely recommend this property.

A near miss. Great interior decorating, but uncomfortable for several reasons.Not possible to sleep in this VRBO without sleep masks, because SECURITY SPOTLIGHTS from the adjacent commercial/industrial properties shine into all the windows. The window shades let light in through bamboo, or in one bedroom, around the edges of the bubble shades. The security cameras/motion sensors in the corners of the rooms inside the house add to the sense of being in a dangerous neighborhood. Both of us (an experienced world traveler and her very large, very muscular boyfriend) were nervous in this house. You might check the crime statistics for the block to find out if all the security measures are needed.The absence of lamps makes it uncomfortable for guests who dislike overhead, bright lights. There were no screens on the windows during our stay; we couldn't open windows to get a breeze or freshen the interior air without risking bugs.Two blocks away, you can find a really pleasant residential neighborhood and the South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind...amazing place. The Mexican restaurant on the corner was good. The owners of this VRBO have decorated it perfectly with very high finishes/quality of appliances. Even a brand-new iron.We left after our first night, sacrificing the cost of the second night...and, of course, the compulsory damage deposit. We fled to a pleasant Fairfield Inn that cost 1/2 the cost of one night at this VRBO.
