This property is well maintained, very clean and great beach decor. Extra amenities such as beach chairs, two bikes and beach towels were included. One main issue is with property description stating fenced yard in header. This property is not fenced in, The neighbors have fencing on either side and the back of the property, so not safe for pets or kids particularly bc home located on busy beach access road.

Everything was great to stay in this home. Everything was close by to get to in St. Augustine. The host was exceptional!! They offered a free ticket to attractions near by. Also, the host seems to go out of their way to accommodate you! I would give this 10 stars if I could!!!

This property was in a beautiful and quiet area. We stayed for Sing Out Loud Festival and while it was separated from downtown, it was easy to access the shuttles and rides provided by the festival. Traffic was smooth and the place was easy to find. The house was clean and beautiful and accommodated us all very well. Definitely would stay here again!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Pulling up to the house, it's cute and well maintained from the outside, but step inside, and it's adorable! This house is close to everything! I loved the convenience! Everything you need is here, but the best thing about this property is the CLEANLINESS! It's spotless! I always take cleaning supplies with me, I cannot be comfortable if it's not clean. This house was. I cleaned some, however, I did NOT need to!The beds were comfortable and no one felt badly from lying in one of them! The living room and kitchen are perfect and so were the bathrooms. Honestly, I wish I could say one little negative thing. But there is nothing!We communicated with the property managers several times and they were the KINDEST people! Always wanting to please! DO NOT hesitate staying here! We hope to be back!We are thankful we found this property!!!

Great property

Review- Enjoyed our stay at Yellow Palms. The place was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nicely decorated. It was very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Only one suggestion- although the yard was fenced on both sides, it needs to have a gate enclosure for the fur babies. Will book again.

Great for a Friends Trip to The Amp

House was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 6 of us. Loved the private patio/fire pit area with Adirondack chairs!Turned out to be a bit farther than we'd like to walk to and from The Amp (1.5-1.7 miles depending on which route), but was still doable - still chose to walk since the ubers were way too busy.Host was super responsive to my questions.

Cute, quaint and quiet.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Yellow Palm. The house was decorated so cute and had every comfort of home. We would definitely request this rental again in the future.
