The house was super cute. We would definitely stay here again. I will say the floors need to be redone where the house has settled and left gaps in the floors. As well as the patio cushions could use refreshing. Other than that it was great

Overall, it's a good property. Great location, and clean home. Communication with Kelly, was excellent. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The furniture wasn't the best fit for us, but many homes in the area are like that. The size of the driveway can be a little deceiving as well, so if you are thinking of bringing a boat, jet ski, or golf cart, then you may have to leave it on the side of the street, as we did.Other than that, its a good property and we would stay here again.

Birder and painter's retreat

Lovely large 3 bedroom home on a quiet street near the bird rookery. This home is near the lighthouse, beaches and historic down town. Car a must. Comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen.

Reykjavik trip, wonderful neighborhood

Property was exactly as described, a cute house on a very bird-y marsh. Due to a hurricane earlier we were not able to use the screen porch, as the furniture had been flooded and was kinda muddy, but beyond that, everything was fabulous.

Great place!

This house had everything we could ask for. It was clean, had everything we needed. The location was perfect, neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The host was quick to respond and also made sure we had everything needed. Will definitely stay at this location again. A+.

Lovely house in sweet neighborhood

The house is very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Birders' paradise indeed -- beautiful herons and spoonbills were landing on the marsh outside the living room window and roosting at the Alligator Farm down the street. Managers of the property were very responsive to our requests. Thanks, Kelly and Hillary!

StAug Dream Stay

What a fantastic property! When visiting the area, we love to visit the historic area and the Island, and this home provides the best stay for access to both. The picturesque marsh view from the living room is the best for waking up with coffee and enjoying a slow start. We walked (with whole family) to Surf Station, The Alligator Farm, Mojos/MrMorgan's, Old Coast Ales, Odd Birds, Anastasia Mini Golf and The Amp. Unbelievably easy and safe! The quick drive into town is so simple, and it's great to get back to a quiet spot after visiting the hustle and bustle. The house is set up perfectly for a clean and comfy stay. We brought our 3 children (ages 11, 13, 15) and our dog and it felt just right for all of us! HIGHLY recommend!

Good place to chill

Literally minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from St. Augustine. Very quiet neighborhood with excellent views of a salt marsh. Spoonbills, Ibis, egrets, and wood storks for the birders.

Great location.

You can't beat this location. We were between downtown and the beaches in a very nice neighborhood. We walked every day and it was perfectly safe. The view was gorgeous from the house. They are not kidding about the birds. Every day gorgeous birds were out on the marsh. The house was easy to live in. Huge living area and screened in porch although we used the front porch the most to soak up the afternoon sun and watch the sunsets. The bedrooms were close but surprisingly quiet. Two of us were working on this trip (great internet) and were able to use the back bedrooms and not disturb each other even when using zoom. The kitchen is large enough for multiple people to cook. The owner and management company were great to work with. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back again.

Nature paradise

We stayed 3 nights in the beautiful accommodated comfortable home! Our 2 young boys loves the big fenced yard to explore and see birds in the marsh. Everything was clean and organized. Just perfect! Communication with host was prompt and clear. We would love to stay here again. So close to everything, 5min from lighthouse and less than 10min drive to beach! Stay here. Highly recommended.

Amazing house

Great house, beautifully decorated with everything you need. Three great sized bedrooms, open living room with amazing marsh views. Location is equidistant to downtown and the beach. Both are a 5 minute drive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend
