The area was quiet and was within a 15-20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The home was comfortable, open and clean. We would stay again!

The place was clean, beautiful, and had everything needed for an overnight stay. There was corner market nearby that has a great peach cobbler. The bed was comfortable and when the hot water had issues they addressed it right away. Only weird thing is the master bedroom should have its own bathroom instead of vice versa but still nice. Entry from the back was eh inconvenient but not bad. Kitchen had everything you needed. Little laundry machine

We had a great stay! Perfect walking distance to downtown. Quiet neighborhood and lovely home. We appreciate dog friendly hosts as our pups travel with us! Host communication was great.

Beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood. The home is clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much. There are multiple cafes and restaurants within walking distance and a trolley stop near by. We enjoyed walking to the attractions and visiting the historic sites nearby. We look forward to our next trip to St Augustine

This house was very nice and modern. It was neat, organized and well equipped. The back porch was a great place to sit and enjoy a breakfast sandwich and coffee from the cafe across the street. The hosts were pleasant, responsive and we had a great stay.

The house is great! Absolutely the best location to see St. Augustine with a stop just down the street for the "hop on hop off trolley". The house is super clean, well stocked with essentials and we loved it! Will definitely rent again next time we are in St. Augustine. And try the coffee place on the corner - it is yummy. Our hosts were so responsive, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Don't hesitate to rent this adorable house!

From booking to end of stay, communication with the owner was exceptional. Quickly responded, gave me additional information about the area, and checked in with me during our stay. The home is beautiful and bright. The beds very comfortable. The neighborhood very quiet but easy walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean and cozy. There is a coffee shop literally across the street very friendly. Me and my friends walked all of downtown since it was nearby.

We had a lovely visit to St. Augustine for a family of 3 adults. The house was a perfect size for us and had a great kitchen (we cook a lot of meals at home). As long as you are fit enough to climb stairs to bedrooms and take a 15 minute stroll to historic district, I highly recommend (the trolly/train also stops very close to house). It was high oak pollen season, so the outside wasn’t very usable and no hose was seen to wash off furniture ourselves, but we enjoyed seeing squirrels, birds and a couple TNR kitties travel through the back deck. Overall we loved the stay and would return for another visit. Very quiet neighborhood and a cafe a few steps away made it even more pleasant.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation staying at this property for 2 weeks from 2/28 thru 3/14. We found the house well cleaned, equipped with kitchen items to prepare meals, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies and basic paper goods. We had breakfast on the back deck where it was quiet and enjoyable. It is a quick walk to St George Street. Uber ran between 10-15 depending on time of day, Vilano beach is beautiful. Parking is difficult on the weekend so get there early. Host was easy and quick to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying at this home.

Stay was perfect! Location was great. A short walk to the busy downtown yet far enough away to have peace and quiet when we wanted it. The house is beautiful and cute! And a coffee shop was right across the street. Hosts had great communication. Had everything we needed with reasonable check out requirements. Loved it.

Office was able to get us in early. House and neighborhood was great, historic, close to a trolley stop and about a mile walk to St George street. Churches and eating spots within half mile and less.

Great place

We loved how close the house was to get around everywhere. Loved the walking across the street to the yummy breakfast cafe. House was clean and overall a fun stay for our family.
