Old historic downtown St. Augustine is found by exiting the community and heading north on A 1 A until you dead end in the heart of it after you cross the famous Bridge of Lions! Pottery Barn bedding, All TV's are smart televisions. 55" in LR and both bedrooms. A king, 2 twins in guest bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Beach wagon, beach towels, Beach umbrella, Ingenuity Baby Booster 2-in-1 Feeding Pack N’ Play (Portable Crib) 2 fitted sheets provided. Baby Monitor. The townhouse worked out perfect for our short stay visiting St. Augustine. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. A short and easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Perfect Family Beach Stay

The condo was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Everything in the listing was accurate and we all really enjoyed ourselves on our family vacation. I would highly recommend this condo for a family beach trip.

Great location! Beach and pool were great. Easy peasy type of trip. The condo offered alot of nice amenities. We really enjoyed sitting out in the balconies.

Great location

It was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway with the family. The condo was clean and well equipped with the essentials that you would need for your stay.Beach access and a pool as well as upstairs and downstairs balconies to sit and enjoy fresh air. There was plenty of places near by to eat and not to far from historic downtown.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is beautiful and plenty of room for a family of 4! Cleanliness was 10/10! Beach access was beautiful and not busy! Overall loved our stay!
