SeaTurtle Condo. itripFirst, the stairs were not adjacent to the parking space. The parking space is adjacent to the next building.The condo was listed as A6 U1. Outside the door just has a ‘1.’ We tried to access this unit initially but couldn’t (because the instructions were missing a step). We walked around to another section and finally had to call. The instructions for entry was missing a step. The video on how to use the keypad lock was not the same model. What was on the door requires you to “press” the lock button,, not a pound sign/asterisk.They didn’t have instructions on how to use the smart tv. No user sign in/password to access the appThe condo has a smart tv—-we do not use a smart tv, thus we hand difficulty figuring out how to access the shows we wanted. In particular Fox News Channel. All we could get was short streaming, not the live channel.Itrip offered to send James over the next day around 12 noon. They said we could access Fox News Channel (see their text message to me below). No one showed up and we were there till 2 pm. When contacted, they said we didn’t need to be there to turn the tv on. I explained it wasn’t that we couldn’t turn the tv on, but couldn’t access Fox News Channel. Around 5 pm a young lady came and said we couldn’t access Fox News Channel.Text message from Itrip“Thanks for the details. We can have someone stop by tomorrow to help you get the TV set up properly and show you how to access live ch

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The unit was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at home. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, making our stay effortless and comfortable. We truly appreciated how clean and inviting the space was—it felt like staying in our own home. Disappointed

Rental company needs to inspect the property more often. linens and towels should be updated. Cleaning company did not due a proper job. Screens on sliding doors had to be replaced along with several other things. I will say that some of the problems were corrected quickly. This certainly was not a five star property as advertised.

The condo was very clean, was like being at home with a full kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Great locations for our needs, the beach was a short walk. There were amazing views of the ocean and we felt very safe.

Amazing condo for my family! The 2nd bedroom has two full size beds which was perfect for my teenagers. Condo is updated and has a great washer and dryer! TVs in each of the living spaces helped us decompress after fun beach days. Conveniently located and beach isn’t crowded! Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect for my family. The walk to the beach wasn't terrible. Also not far from places to eat or grocery shopping, not a long drive to old town either.

Great spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay! Condo was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. We did get a little confused on location of the condo within the complex but a friendly neighbor was able to help us out. The ocean is easily accessible and a quick walk up the steps. The dryer broke during our stay, but itrip quickly sent someone out that day to fix it and offered our whole family free St. Augustine Trolley tickets in exchange for the inconvenience. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this unit!

Inaccurate listing

The listing was inaccurate. It listed and showed a picture of a washer and dryer. When we arrived the owner left me a note that the washing machine wasn't working. I get the impression that it hadn't been working for awhile. A washer and dryer is important when you have beach towels and bathing suits. The carpeting had big stains. The location was nice and the pool was nice.

My family were in town for a few days and picked this property based off its close beach access and close proximity to many attractions. It met all our expectations with cleanliness and bonus amenities. The property was so nice and quiet wish was refreshing. We would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves in the area.

Great location for the beach

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was only a short walk from a very private beach--we barely saw any other people sitting in our immediate vicinity. There was an issue with the washing machine but the property care-taker was there very promptly to take care of the issue. Would stay here again.

Nice place!

This was in a great location. Check in was super easy. Condo had everything we needed and was well stocked. Only down side was big stains on the carpet and furniture and no actual functioning beach chairs as listed. Otherwise we had a great time!

Appearance was clean and cozy, except for the balcony, which was filthy. Unit was musty smelling. Couch was uncomfortable. LR ceiling light kept coming on willy-nilly. I'd shut it off with the remote, as there was no wall switch, and it would come back on again. The flashing light switches are irritating. Nice kitchen appliances and plenty of utensils, dishes and pans. Basic condiments, cofffee, salt and pepper. Nice that there are 3 TV's. The king bed in the master was comfortable. No bars in the shower, but shampoo, body wash, etc. a nice touch. BR carpets were filthy. Bath linens were plentiful and nice. 2nd BR spreads were messy and I didn't use that bedroom. Wash machine didn't work the whole 7 days I was there. Waited 2 different days for repairmen. I did get a small refund for the inconvenience, which was nice. There are a lot of stairs to get to the beach, most of them to get out of the gully where the condo is built. Be prepared for slivers from the hand rails. U1, U2, U3, etc does not mean Unit 1, Unit 2,Unit 3, etc.... It means UPPER. Parking is not really convenient. Somehow, I got connected with 'itrip'. They were very responsive. I would not rent this unit again as I'm too old to lug stuff up the stairs and there is no elevator.

Disappointing Stay with Hygiene Concerns

I must share my recent stay at this property was disappointing. Despite acknowledging the efforts in hosting guests, our experience fell short. Upon arrival, we found the entrance covered in dead bugs, an issue dismissed as a "common area." The pervasive cleanliness problems extended to unclean windows, curtains, dirty floors, and stained carpets. The kitchen showcased neglect with utensil drawers holding bits of old dried food. Bedding conditions were disconcerting, including stained sheets and an unsanitary cover. A bathroom sink clogged by a hairball and a moldy washing machine seal added to our concerns. The presence of a lizard raised pest-control questions. Attempts to address issues were met with offers of a cleaner, insufficient for the extensive problems. Despite considering relocation, limited alternatives during the holiday season led us to stay. We cleaned thoroughly before use, resulting in a late first night. Regrettably, our attempts to engage in constructive dialogue, including inviting the host to experience a night at the property went unanswered. This feedback aims at prompting a reevaluation of cleaning practices. Guests deserve a clean and comfortable environment, and I trust the hosts attention to these matters will contribute to an enhanced experience for future visitors.

Super cute condo. It’s located in a great area with many great restaurants around. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. The beds were comfy, plenty of room and had a well equipped kitchen. We had a great vacation.

Pure Bliss@Quail Hollow

This is our first vacation rental at St. Augustine by the beach, in the past we stayed at hotels and Oh Boy! What a delightful place. Let me start with the property we choose. Quail Hollow- Our host was wonderful, we received emails and a text message with clear instructions to access the property. Absolutely Gorgeous home, the entry way could use some upkeep but when you enter that door, it’s immaculate. The beach decor and the beautiful shiplapped dinning area are just stunning. Our host left us a lovely welcome note and some yummy coupons for dessert which we loved(so thoughtful, thank you). The living area was nice and spacious. All the rooms are clean and well furnished. The kitchen was the best, it was so well stocked, just knocked my socks off at how they thought of every detail. You don’t have to bring anything, they have every pot and pan to suit your need. We are very picky about our utensils and like to cook in cast iron, stainless steel or glass and they have some nice stainless steel pots. They even have a well stocked beach gear closet with chairs, a canopy, toys, you name it. And a good collection of board games for those moments we spent indoors. The stairway to the beach and the swimming pool are soo close to this property, that you literally just step out and both are a few steps away. A great vacation and break for the whole family.

Excellent Stay

This is a great unit. The location is fantastic! Easy walk to the beach. We walked sunrises on the beach most mornings which was lovely. The unit was decorated nicely with a modern beach vibe. The kitchen was outfitted very nicely. The main balcony was a great place for coffee and afternoon beverages. The drive to downtown St Augustine is easy. We were glad to be on the beach vs closer to town. Would stay again.
