Fabulous!

We absolutely love this house - cozy, clean, and comfortable! It is taken care of very well and a lovely place to stay. When we had a tiny issue they were out to take care of it within AN HOUR! While we LOVE it, it may not be for people who cannot do 3 floors of stairs (to the top floor where the kitchen/family room). The new pool is an added bonus! Can't wait to go back!!

Amazing place! Truly steps from the beach! The pool and hot tub were great. Very comfy beds and there were lots of beach/pool items in the garage. Need a sun hat?-they have it for you. Floaty? Say no more, it’s there for you. Beach towels? They have plenty. It was wonderful!

Perfect location. Very Clean

We have been renting houses for years and this was the best house we have ever rented. The location was perfect for us with great access to the beach. The place was spotless, the pool was beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. Awesome house and we will stay there again next year

Awesome Beach House!

The house is perfectly situated on a quiet street and is a few short steps to the beach access. The house is fully updated and felt like staying somewhere new. The host was great with everything. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This was one of the best experiences my family and I have had with a VRBO rental! From booking to checkout, Nikos was accommodating, informative, and one of the most hospitable hosts I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The home was top notch, clean, comfortable, and we felt not only safe but very comfortable. Also walking distance to one of the best Italian restaurants (recommended by our host) my family has experienced. I would highly recommend the stay at this property!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was five adults, two children under 2, 4 other children ranging from 3-11. It was plenty of room/space for all of us. The features in the home were great. Back patio and pool area was amazing along with the short walking distance to the pool. All in all one of our favorite spots for a week long beach trip!

Over all we all had a great time..house was clean and comfortable..and so close to the beach, and a quick trip to everything in St. Augustine..plenty of towels for the beach and also for ourselves..would definitely stay again in the future

Perfect property for a beach vacation. Beach home equipped with everything you could possibly need and location, location, location! Property management went above and beyond and was always responsive. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Just simply incredible!

The pictures don't do this house justice; you have to see it to believe it! The location is outstanding and the house itself needs nothing, it is so well equipped. The pool was an incredible addition since we stayed here a couple of years ago. The whole stay at this house was so great, from the booking, to the check in, to the stay. Communication along the way was great, we always had the information we needed. This property is PERFECT as was our stay here!!
