Fantastic house, walkable to so many places (shops, restaurants, fort, fountain of youth, etc). This is the complete opposite of rental situations where the photos are better than the actual house turns out to be — in this case the photos don’t do justice to the size and cool vibe of this historic property! Really lovely to be close to all the action but nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! We were able to easily walk to St George Street and the fort. We enjoyed the cozy living room, well stocked kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. A nice quiet neighborhood for families.

We came on a weekend for Night of lights so the location was perfect. It’s so close to downtown that it made everything walkable! Huge plus that we didn’t have to worry about looking for parking most of the time. The house is a little on the older side but it’s wonderful, spacious and clean! It’s perfect for a big group/family. The hosts were so nice and provided us with the basic necessities and some goodies and coupons from some places nearby. We didn’t need to reach out to them but they provided a phone number just in case! We will definitely stay here again we’re ever in the area.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The house has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is stocked, with new appliances and washer and dryer. Its a 5 min walk to the back of the fort. It is close to all downtown has to offer. We loved being close to everything but having enough space to spread out. The hosts are fantastic and beyond helpful! We will definitely be back!

The updated historic house is in a great location walking distance to many of the attractions and a short drive to Vilano beach and St Augustine beach pier. Our family of five stayed a week and the house met all of our needs. We saw the fort, lighthouse, alligator zoo, old prison, fountain of youth, ecotour (boat), Flagler campus and more.
Screened in balcony and first floor porches were great to chill out and avoid mosquitos.
Very cute kitchen with everything you need.

Close and clean

The house was walking distance to most everything in St. Augustine. Upon arrival the house looked and smelled clean. It’s an older home and we had a few things not working but they took care of them quickly. We were able to adjust and were able to communicate quickly. Overall we had a good experience.

Wonderful location

Great location. Beautiful and quite street. Every room is comfortable and visually pleasing. Kitchen has everything needed for a simple breakfast to a gourmet meal. Linens and towels high quality. Great place for two groups

We did a weekend trip for two families with kids ranging in age from 3 to 19. The home worked perfectly for our group and the neighborhood was charming. I loved the screened in balcony. The location was perfect and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Awesome Location, Quiet Street

Location, location, location! We were there for Night of Lights and everything in the historic downtown was within easy walking distance. The kitchen in the house is huge, but if you don't want to cook, there are several restaurants and a convenience store less than a 5 minute walk. We felt extremely safe walking home at night and the neighborhood is super quiet. I'd stay here again!
