Nice, comfortable house in a great location. Well furnished and stocked. Other couple with us really enjoyed as well.Quiet neighborhood, easy walking into town.Good communication with host; very responsive.We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend.

Everything worked as it should and the location is great for walking! Parking at the house is very tight and neighbors street park so be cautious of how you park on arrival as you may get blocked in.If you need a baby gate, the one provided is not useful for toddlers. Also, the halls are wide so if you bring your own, it needs to be 48” wide or more.We had a great stay, thank you to the host!

It was a beautiful home the beds for all comfortable. It was so nice that snacks were left in the kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked. I loved the Christmas tree and Christmas decorations. It was a nice walk to everything we enjoyed.

This is a lovely home in a funky historic home district within easy walking distance to all St. Augustine has to offer. We stayed for a week with our four high school/college aged children and everyone had a blast - plenty of room to spread out and great space to gather for games in the evenings. The home is in excellent condition and the owner has put a lot of care into making your stay pleasant - including leaving thoughtfully appointed resources throughout the home, a comprehensive welcome guide and prompt email correspondence. Great stay!

Walkable location

Very enjoyable. Easily walkable to historic district and downtown so no parking problems. My 4 star rating is based on the upstairs middle bathroom sink having no water pressure and the kitchen faucet needing repair. Overall, the house was very comfortable for our group of 6.

Gorgeous (and immaculate) house!

Everything was perfect! So clean, very cool A/C, all the amenities you could ask for, fully stocked with all kitchen tools, coffee, bath products, snacks. The master bath was spacious and all the beds were super comfy. There are two sets of stairs to get to each level, so maybe consider if everyone in your party can handle that. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and convenient

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Its close to walk to almost everything we wanted to see and do, if we drove it was usually only a short drive to get to where we wanted to go. In February the hot tube was a wonderful thing to use and the house was very clean and we felt right at home. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect!

As a grandmother with an active two and a half year old grandson, this could not have been a better place to be. Our kiddos were in a wedding and this wonderful location plus amazing spaces made it ideal for their purposes and for us to entertain and keep our grandson. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need, plus plenty of space to spread out puzzles, coloring books, and more! Just a fabulous experience, location, and home! I'd give it more stars if I could!

Well stocked and comfortable property!

We had a lovely stay here while visiting Saint Augustine. We were easily able to walk to all of the downtown places we wanted to see. The house was perfectly clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable too. The property manager was always quick to respond during our booking process. We would definitely stay here again!

2nd stay was as great as the first!

Spent a week. Perfect location just a 10 minute walk to the center of the Historic district. And around the corner from La Nouvelle French restaurant that feels like you are in a Michelin star restaurant. Spotless and almost new. Huge TV. Free, hassle free parking in the driveway. The outdoor hot tub was a hit.

Best VBRO I've ever stayed at

Pretty much perfect. Location is an easy walk to the historic district as well as two great nearby restaurants Fish Camp and La Nouvelle Bistro. Quiet. Very clean. Parking. The whole house is quite new so doesn't have the tired feel of many others. Great beds. Ridiculously big TV. The outdoor hot tub was a great treat after dinner.
