Condominio frente al mar, tanto la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal se enfrentan directamente en el océano. El condominio ha sido completamente renovado con todos los muebles nuevos, etc. a partir del 3-8-18. El condominio está perfectamente ubicado en el corazón de St. Playa de Augustine
El muelle está justo al lado, todos los miércoles por la mañana tienen el mercado de agricultores.
La playa está justo enfrente y la piscina también está frente al mar y climatizada en el invierno.

Our stay in the condo was great. The location was wonderful. Wish we would have had better weather, but otherwise it was a great experience and we would return.

The location was very central for St Augustine and only a short drive from the historic town, and walkable for the beach. The communication before our stay was excellent, upon arrival the property was still being clean but wasn't able to reach the property manager instantly both numbers provided went to voicemail. The cleaner contacted us just over a hour after our initial attempt to check in at 3pm, the stated time and we returned. The apartment/condo is very pleasant, it has some nice touches with tasteful furniture, good colour scheme on the decor and refurbished kitchen and bathroom areas. When we accessed the property there was a dehumidifier machine running constantly in the main living/dining area and although we were staying 2 nights, we emptied the unit of water twice during the 1st day. There are some areas that need attention which I highlighted to the prop manager, e.g. damp areas in master bedroom with paper lifting from wall around door sliders, damage to laminate floor in several places, 2 of 4 light bulbs not working in master bathroom and a lack of crockery in the kitchen, e.g. only 2 side plates, 4 cups all mismatched, would have expected better as the unit looked so pristine from the photos. The prop manager agreed to refund us the unused portion of our stay when we highlighted our issues, so even though he was not obligated to he treated us very fairly and we are appreciative of his pragmatic handling of the situation.

This condo had the most absolute amazing view. Very convenient to restaurants and stores. Lots to do for children and the condo itself was very clean and had an open layout. Beds were comfortable. I will definitely return again.

Stayed 2 nights after leaving Disney. Property was nice, plenty of room and everything seemed to work as it should. I didn't use pool due to being too cold, would have been nice to be more heated (but it was October). Condo was as listed. Host made everything easy. The only thing I would warn people of is the "stickers" in the grass area behind condo. Take the sidewalk! My granddaughter stepped on some sort of sticker plant in grass (they blend in with grass) and had a BUNCH of tiny stickers in her little foot that we had to remove with tweezers!.

The place was super nice and spacious. Our host answered questions promptly when asked. Even though there is a white fence it does not cut off the whole view. It was spectacular. It was nice to walk across the lawn and right onto the beach. It's a place I would stay at again.

The condo was clean, very nice size for the 4 of us. The location was great for walking to restaurants. ( It was too close to the donut shop though!!! haha) Sit out on the back patio and see and listen to the ocean. Very pretty sunrise our first AM. Pool was big and clean. Would diffidently stay here again. The owner reached out a few times to make sure everything was going good

Excellent Location in St Augustine Beach

Condo was very clean and such a great location close to restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere to eat or grab a some snacks at the convenience store. It was just a short drive over to town for sightseeing. Beach was literally out the sliding doors. I would probably recommend adding some storage to guest room. Although there is a closet, there are no drawers or shelves to unpack your clothes and no suitcase valet. Otherwise pretty well equipped and comfortable.
