  • Magníficamente renovado con vista al mar de tres dormitorios / dos baños planos. Entras en el primer piso y no tendrás que preocuparte por subir escaleras. Esto hace que su estadía sea más conveniente sin la necesidad de subir y bajar equipos de playa. La unidad tiene suficiente para dormir siete. Está amueblado con un rey, reina, dos gemelos y un sofá cama. Hay una parrilla de carbón para que nuestros huéspedes puedan disfrutar de la parrilla en su propia unidad. No acepta reservas por menos de una semana. No hay alquileres mensuales de mayo a septiembre. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Nuestra área común alrededor de las piscinas está cubierta de hierba deliciosa y bien cuidada con un corto paseo hasta la playa. Nuestra unidad de alquiler cuenta con un amable personal de recepción y mantenimiento en el lugar para ayudar a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente en caso de que surja. Tenemos una pequeña biblioteca y un gimnasio disponibles durante el horario comercial normal para su comodidad.

Our stay in unit 110

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed. We will not be returning. They advertise heated pool, but the pool near our unit was not heated. The children were shivering and had to come out. The pool was also over chlorinated and irritated the children’s eyes. We had to extend our stay another day and therefore we were charged for services never provided. The living room is unsafe there is a step coming down into the sunken living room and another step going up to the bedrooms. Multiple falls incurred.. staff in the office was rude. The worst family rental we have ever had. We cannot recommend this one for safety and personal comfort. Slider screen was open and ripped bugs were getting in.. none of the doors worked properly

Reviewer Comments: The rental was fine, typical 3 bedroom condo We had originally planned a different condo, 2 side by side condos for a multi family vacation. The condo was moved the day before we checked in from a side by side ocean front condo to only one ocean front and one in another building. Management was nice but it was not the experience I had planned on for months.

Holiday at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife & I, along with various family members have been vacationing at Summerhouse for a decade or so and have enjoyed every stay! This was the 2nd time we lodged in #110 and loved how it had been redecorated since our last visit. Everything was wonderful with the exception of a unreliable microwave and clothes washer. It would have been nice to have gotten better response to these issues and been able to have warmed a cup of coffee & not had to immediately washed clothes upon returning home, though! Maybe a discount for our next stay?
