Histórico St Augustine w / a poca distancia, en coche o en tranvía a la ciudad y las playas.

Pintoresca casa de campo de 1925 con grandes porches, uno de ellos proyectado, ubicado en Historic Uptown San Marco, dentro de las puertas de la ciudad de San Agustín. La cabaña se encuentra a poca distancia caminando, en bicicleta o a poca distancia en coche del casco antiguo y de los numerosos sitios locales, tiendas, pubs y restaurantes, y a poca distancia en coche o en tranvía de las playas. Hay mucho que hacer en nuestra maravillosa ciudad, que incluye muchas atracciones locales y muchos lugares divertidos para visitar. This is the perfect house for visiting St. Augustine! Had everything we needed and was in walking distance of all the sights and shops. Definitely would rent this place again in the future.

Cute little cottage that has a fenced in yard. I could let my dog go outside and not have to take him for a walk first thing in morning. Good location that was a short drive to beach and short distance to historic downtown.

Great location and had everything we needed for our stay. Right in the middle of things, with easy access to the trolly, a short drive to the historic district, and shopping. Off street dedicated parking was wonderful.

Great Spot!

We enjoyed staying in this cute house and walking in to town to enjoy the lights and boat parade. Easy to access, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants and historic downtown shops. Would love to visit again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. It was in walking distance to the trolley and even St George St with all the shops and restaurants. It was a nice neighborhood to walk our dog.

Adorable house that was clean and had a few tasteful Christmas decorations during our stay around the holidays. Area was very quiet too. Even though this was a pet friendly place I was so very happy to find no pet smells when we walked through the door and during our stay. I have pets myself but I do not travel with them and would prefer where I’m staying to not smell. The only thing I would suggest to the host is one of those simple tap water filter pitcher’s for the refrigerator. Having stayed in a few other places and this was the first that there was no option to filter the tap water. Host did leave a few small spring water bottles in the fridge, which I was grateful, but we ended up having to run out to buy more for our stay. Nothing to knock off any stars, just a suggestion to the host.

Respite from the snow

We loved our stay at Cunningham Avenue! Perfect for us and the dog. Comfortable home and easily walkable to everything. Would highly recommend.

The Little Yellow House St Augistine

We really enjoyed our stay at the little yellow house. It is very quiet and in a good area. The bed in the front bedroom was very comfortable and most of the furniture fit the era the house was built in. We walked most places from the house.

Panic at the Amp.

We stayed in town to take part in an annual visit from WIDESPREAD PANIC at the SAINT AUGUSTINE AMPHITHEATER. Deacon Chuck and his wife were wonderful and our preparation for visiting their city and property. The property was everything we could ask for. So many levels of comfort and access accessibility to the city. It really was the perfect location for our needs. We are super grateful to our hosts and look forward to hopefully returning next year. Thanks again.

Perfect location with everything to make you feel like you’re right at home

I had an amazing experience here at the cottage. My daughter and I traveled to Saint Augustine so that we could tour Flagler College. This house was in the perfect location! The walk capability of the neighborhood as well as how close you were to downtown was incredible. This cottage had everything you need to make you feel right at home. The owners do not spare any detail when it comes to making sure you have what you need as well as great communication and is pet friendly. We traveled with our schnoodle, there is a fenced back yard and even towels left out for your pets. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here in the future after my daughter attends college.

nice property, great location

This very clean house was perfect for our month stay. It was about a mile from town, but there were many places of interest within walking distance. we also rode our bikes to a few places. There were many close beaches to choose from, and we tried them all!. Our stay was easy, and our hosts accommodating. We would stay here again.

Hosts thought of everything. Once I got there, did not have to drive anywhere. Not rven for a supply run. Hosts had thought of everything. Would definitely stay again.
