The master has a king bed, a TV, an ensuite bath with a shower, and its own oversized balcony with outdoor furniture. The guest room holds two twin beds, a TV, and closet space, and its bathroom has a tub that comes in handy for families with younger kids. Downstairs, the open living area keeps everyone together, with a couch, two accent chairs, a TV, a dining table for four, and bar seating for two, plus a half bath off the kitchen. An air mattress adds a flexible spot for one more.

The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need for breakfasts, quick lunches, and a dinner in. A stacked washer and dryer in the unit lets you rinse out swimsuits and beach towels as you go.

Sea Place keeps its amenities close. The community has two pools, a clubhouse, tennis, pickleball, racquetball, and basketball courts, and private beach access for guests.

Butler Beach sits on the quieter, more residential end of Anastasia Island, with restaurants, beach access, and grocery stops nearby and historic downtown St. Augustine about twelve minutes away by car. Anastasia State Park is a short drive for a more natural beach day, and downtown adds the bayfront, old streets, shops, and museums when you want a break from the sand.
