This trip allowed is to celebrate a new grandbaby and my mother in laws 90th Thanksgiving celebration. The view was spectacular and St. Augustine is growing. The facilities of the Condos offer great amenities and things for all ages to do. The unit is a tad outdated and could use some upgrades, but traveling on a bufdget it sufficed. The hists were very accomodating.

Great resort. But, no night swimming. St Aug is a beautiful family friendly beach. The pool area is very nice and the hot tub was an added benefit. Just wish the kept the pool open later.

Needs Renovations, dirty

Check in was easy, hallway floors need painting, property run down needs renovations, pool was dirty checked in Thursday and they started cleaning it in Monday, elevator broke and we were on 4th floor. Sign put in elevator door said to contact office 3 days later. Overall I would not stay there again..

Butler Beach ocean view condo

Lovely, comfortable condo, exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of pool and beach off the large balcony, same view is easily visible from the living room and kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group of 6. We had everything we needed.

Nice beachfront condo

We enjoyed our stay here. Felt safe with the gated entrance. Upfront parking and carts available for unloading and loading suitcases. Elevator and stairs available. Lovely deck area with furniture to enjoy the ocean views. Comfy living room furniture. Ample kitchen supplies for cooking breakfast and dinner. Washer and dryer worked great. Beds were comfortable. Had some truouble with the tvs, but host sent staff over right away to remedy. Would recommend. Would stay again.

The property itself was very nice. When I contacted the owners very responsive, however, three trips before toilet issue was solved. This unit was not cleaned to level experienced in other rentals.

Took advantage of Hurricane victims

We came to this hotel during a mandatory evacuation from Pinellas county in hopes that it would provide a safe place and some normalcy for our children. When we arrived, we were greeted rudely by the front desk. All of the owners were told the day before, before I booked, that no one should be letting guests stay at this condo because there was also a mandatory evacuation at this location. I was told nothing about this and when I spoke with the property manager, she said that the owner never told her. Serious unprofessionalism and lack of communication. She then stated she would give a full refund, but we had to make a decision now so that she could release the property to other people who may be evacuating from the hurricane. This is after I told her they were not supposed to rent to anyone so I was very confused by that. I didn’t have time to find a new place now because the hurricane was coming the next day and I needed a safe place for my children. At the end of my stay, I asked to stay another day due to our power being out and damage was to the roads and powerlines down. She said yes, only for one day because someone else is coming in and charged us the full amount, even after everything that happened. My friend that rented a cottage down the street was asked to stay as many days as they wanted due to the damage to their area and they would not allow them to pay. This just shows the type of people we are dealing with here, I will never be back .

Amazing condo!

The condo, views, beach, and property were amazing! I would love to go back again to this property with the family, they all loved it as well. The owners were easily accessible, no hassle check-in, and property was just as described.

Beautiful Condo in Excellent Location

We took a trip up to St. Augustine with my parents to move my son back into school. We came across this property and decided it looked nice and would be the right size for everyone. Communication from the get-go was EXCELLENT!!!! David and Patti answered questions pre-booking, and then responded quickly to all communications once we booked. Check-in and check-out was simple and very easy. The condo was clean and a great layout. We loved it being on 4th floor and the views to the ocean was so relaxing. The community has an elevator, and they provide luggage carts and shopping carts to help get everything from your car to the condo easily. The pool was beautiful and there is a walkway over the dunes for easy access to the beach. We only stayed for a few days, but we have already said when we go back this will be one of the first places we check out to see if it is available again!

Perfect for families

Heaven on Earth!!!

Tye title says it all....it's truly a little slice of heaven on earth. I'm 41 & started going to the Colony Reef Club every Summer with my family when I was just a baby; i've stayed in several different units on the property over the years & this one is one of the nicest i've ever stayed in. In addition, the hosts/owners are professional, honest, hospitable & kind & were a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend them to anyone & wouldn't hesitate to book with them again in the future. Thank you; we can't wait to be back at our home away from home asap!! 🌊🌺🐬

St. Augustine Getaway

We had a party of 7 and fit comfortably in this property. It has all the conveniences of home (i.e. std size fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, shelving for dry foods). The walk to the beach was short with a 15 min drive to downtown St. Augustine. There are a couple of beach shops and several grocery stores within 5 miles of the property. Colony Reef also has a fun courtyard in the middle next to the pool, where they held movie nights and food trucks. The community is gated and full of recreational options to pass the time on a rainy day.
