Arrival: This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is nestled in a serene quadruplex just a short walk (one block) to St. Augustine Beach on A1A Beach Blvd. Drop your bags, pack a cooler, grab the beach cart, and be on the sand in 5 minutes.



Outdoor: The condo offers an array of beach toys and water sports equipment, including bikes, boogie boards, beach and lawn chairs, an umbrella, coolers, beach bags, a beach cart, and a surfboard for guests to use.



Indoor: Bright open floor plan. The living room has a Roku TV and a sofa that converts into a queen bed with a simple pull, housing extra pillows and linens inside. Guests will find a selection of books and games, ample towels (beach towels included), and linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, a bar cart, and cocktail accessories.



Bedrooms: Cal-king master suite, queen room, bunk room, sofa bed for extra guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and luxury bedding.



Family amenities: Pack-n-play, highchair, plenty of toys and games. A DVD player and loads of DVDs are included for rainy days.
