  • Light airy studio w/ a private entrance, private bathroom and a kitchenette in the beautiful LATERRA Resort. Laterra is in a gated community and includes the World Golf Village Spa in the lobby, and a Resort Style pool. The King and Bear Amenity Center (a 5 minute walk) includes a heated Lap Pool, a Family Pool, several tennis courts, a playground, and a brand new fitness center. The famous King & Bear Golf Course is across the street...Champions Grille, in the King & Bear is open to the public.

    This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a business trip, with so much to see and do in the World Golf Village, St Augustine and Jacksonville!

    Your studio is furnished with a new king bed, wifi, TV incl Netflix and Amazon, a sitting area, a private bath and a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave, kuerig, dishes and silverware etc. We supply sheets, towels, soap and shampoo.

    Murabella Plaza is 1.5 miles away: contains 45 stores incl 10 restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a liquor store and more. In less than 30 minutes there are 5 beautiful beaches, historic Old Town, the World Golf Hall of Fame and so much more!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Cold water bottles in the fridge, snacks in the kitchenette, and an inviting welcome from our host! The pool and hot tub were amazing and we could not have ask for anything more!

Madonna and Al were the most gracious hosts and made us feel so welcome in the city they now call home. They communicated with us before our arrival, to make sure everything went smoothly, gave us a tour of the property when we arrived, and touched base with us during our stay to make sure we were content. Their condo was immaculate, ideally located in a beautiful golf community, and close to dining, shopping, and the historic district of St. Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway and, when we are back for another visit, will definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The hosts provided such thoughtful touches as water, snacks, and best of all, a nightlight in the bathroom! The community is lovely, and the pool area very relaxing. Only about a 30 minute drive to the historic area. Great stay, thank you!

Perfect location

This is the second summer we have stayed at this condo. The owners are great - so accommodating, easy to work with, communication is excellent. The area is really nice! Close to all of the tourist areas around St Augustine and Jacksonville and the beaches, but not so close that you feel overwhelmed by all of the traffic and people. Really love staying here!

Madonna is an absolutely wonderful hostess! She made our stay super personalized and her attention to detail was fantastic! The property was beautifully maintained and the room was immaculate. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place

Al amd Madonna were great hosts and very helpful. Madonna gave me a quick tour around the property as well as the marketplace so I could get anything I needed during my stay.

Best hosts...great property!

The best communication with a property owner we have experienced with vrbo. Well appointed, clean, tastefully decorated and quiet all apply here. Beautiful facilities facilities. Even the bath towels are pure luxury. Book here and you will not be disappointed.

St. Augustine Birthday Trip

Fantastic stay. Al & Madonna’s place is perfect for a couple. Very clean and great amenities. Madonna showed us around and was one of the best hosts we have ever had. I highly recommend them and their condo!!!!!!

Wow! Very nice.

We had a great stay. Al and Madonna were very prepared and flexible to my changing arrival time. Communication was great. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet. The facilities were great.

St. Augustine better than hotel stay

Wonderful place for 1-2 people. Super accomadations, very clean, comfortable bed, large room. No stove but has mini frig, microwave, dishes and Al and Modonna think of everything you need even coffee and snacks. Located near best resturants, grocery stores, and outlet mall. Excellent location with lots to do. Especially loved the pools and beach.

St Augustine trip

First time using a VRBO, not sure any future ones will top. Al and Madonna’s property is wonderful only outdone by their hospitality. Al, great guy, met us showed us around the neighborhood, the property, and studio. Provided lists of places for activities, food, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Getaway!

This beautiful, spacious and very comfortable studio was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and more! The Laterra grounds are beautiful and the amenities plentiful. Our host Al was remarkable, he even offered to pick us up at the airport when our car rental wasn’t available! I would not hesitate to visit again.

Wonderful condo

Everything from start to finish was great! Owners are easy to work and were very accommodating. Madonna met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the area and the grounds. Condo was clean, comfortable land well stocked. Just a pleasure!
