Just the Best!

We have stayed in this area the last two Summers. The complex itself is very family friendly with a tropical feel. Our past two stays were on the week/weekends of Fourth of July and the grounds never felt over crowded. Parking was a tad crowded on the day of the 4th of July but we always got a spot. 2 Beautiful well maintained Pools and beautiful beach access. The unit was super clean with all needed accommodations. Super comfy/clean mattresses. This particular unit has a water filter system and water softener that made all the difference in washing the sea water out of our hair. The property owner was very responsive and provided everything we needed.

Great condo and view!

The condo and all the modern updates were absolutely wonderful! Michelle was quick to respond with any questions we had and loved that she proactively provided us with various recommendations, as this was our first time to St Augustine. The condo was well stocked and perfect for us and our tween. The grounds of the condo were very nice too, very family friendly area! The parking lot is a little tight but everyone with bigger trucks said the same thing. Would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it!! Great host, thanks for sharing your place with us!

Outstanding!

This property was immaculate! Awesome beachy vibe and very comfortable property. Every finish was top notch, plenty of hot water for showers (4 adults). Convenient location, gorgeous uncrowded beach. And the host Michelle was attentive to every detail from check-in to check-out. Absolutely loved this place! Thank you Michelle!!

Great place on great beach

The condo is very nicely decorated and clean. The location is excellent, short walk to condo pool and beach. Also not a far walk to some of the restaurants in St. Augustine beach. The condo owner Michelle is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Week Getaway for our anniversary

The condo was just and described and even better. All the extra touches, were so nice from the hampers, the beach supplies, the fans, to the creative storage and very well stocked kitchen. Michelle shared great places for us to eat, and ideas for sightseeing. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and late evening, it was definitely relaxing. The beds are very comfortable too. I can not say enough great things about it and we will definitely be back.

Great Stay During July 4th Holiday

Our family stay during the July 4th Holiday week was great! The condo was very clean, spacious, and updated with beautiful decor. The condo was equipped well with things such as kitchen items, towels, and even beach chairs. It was great to have access to two pools on site and direct access to the beach! We were even able to see fireworks from the balcony. The owner, Michelle, is an amazing host. She was readily available if any issues arose. She went above and beyond to remedy parking issues that occurred due to it being the holiday. My family and I really appreciated that. It was overall a wonderful time. I definitely recommend staying here, and will be again when my family and I are visiting St. Augustine Beach!

Perfect for our family

Beautiful, updated condo. Location is perfect… grocery stores less than a mile… short drive to historic St Augustine area. The pools and beach area were easily accessed… and not overcrowded. Condo was equipped with chairs and anything else we might have needed. Host was proactive in reaching out to see if we needed anything. She seemed genuine in wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Overall, it was a great experience!

A Pure Gem!

I wish I could give this rental property a 10 star rating! The pictures are great, but it is 100 times better in person. The owners have thought of everything right down to USB port charging (in master bedroom) and coasters on all the nightstands. Plenty of storage for clothes, and it was nice not to have to bring our own beach chairs and umbrella. The two balconies were awesome, including the furniture. The third FULL bathroom was a nice feature. And talk about clean! I am a bit of a nut when it comes to cleaning, and will even usually do my own when I check in, but did not have to do a thing here. So clean! Michelle was incredible with communication, providing detailed information regarding the unit, answering any of our questions and providing places to eat and things to do. It truly is a gem in so many ways! Thanks, Michelle!

The photos don’t do it justice…

Wow! We were initially looking for a condo in New Smyrna Beach when this condo just happened to pop up in my VRBO feed and catch my eye. It turns out it was in the same complex where our family owned a unit for years up until recently, and we hadn’t been to STA in a few years, so we decided to take the short drive east for the week. When we walked into the condo, we were blown away. The photos don’t do it justice at all. It was immaculate and smelled fresh. The finish and decor were impeccable, and I instantly felt at home. The living room furniture was comfy and practical. The kitchen was beyond stocked with everything we could have needed and more. The patio furniture was premium, with no rinky dinky chairs out there. The in-unit washer and dryer were top of the line and much appreciated. Obviously, the owners of this unit spared no expense on the remodel, as they installed a whole unit water filtration system and an on-demand water heater. We took three showers simultaneously and didn’t have a problem. The master bedroom is well laid out with the standup his and her’s wardrobes. The king-size bed was comfy, and the linens were nice and soft. The master bedroom bathroom was roomy, and the glass-enclosed shower was terrific. The second bedroom was also nicely laid out, and the bathroom was well done. The AC unit kept the condo comfortable for our entire stay, which we certainly appreciated in August. The Ocean Villas complex has been well maintained through the years, and both pools were always clean and had ample chairs to use. The boardwalk over the dunes was accessible and easy to negotiate. The host, Michele, was a fantastic communicator who reached out to us before our arrival to make sure we didn’t have any questions about the check-in process. She checked in with us mid-stay to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and again before check-out to see if we had any questions on the process. I will certainly stay at this unit the next time we decide to stay in St. Augustine Beach in the future.

Lovely Place

The condo was great! The pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean and bright. The mattresses were also very comfortable. Everything was accurately described and the owner was helpful and quick to respond to your messages. She gave tips for our stay as well. The condo had all the conveniences and just a quick walk down to the beach. The location was close to everything needed and a couple of restaurants, ice cream and miniature golf within a short walk as well.

Awesome Vacation Location and Property

This was one of the best vacations our family has had. The location of the condo was great. Right in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. There was so much to do within walking distance and it was only a short drive to historic St. Augustine. The condo was fantastic! It was very clean, had everything thing we needed for our two week getaway, and the views were spectacular. What you see in the photos is what you get. Michelle was in contact with us before and during the trip to make sure everything at the condo was up to par and gave us many suggestions for places to eat and sites to see. We highly recommend this condo. It was a perfect vacation for our family of four.
