    We welcome well-behaved pets at our vacation homes! Please note the following:

    Pet Fee: $125 per pet (maximum 2 pets).
    Breed Restrictions: No aggressive breeds, including pit bulls, terriers, rottweilers, dobermans, chows, or mastiffs.
    Booking Process: VRBO does not include the pet fee in its checkout quote. Once your reservation is received via VRBO, we will send you a final booking confirmation that includes the pet fee plus 11.5% taxes.

    Our owners are happy to host your furry family members, but we kindly ask that you respect their vacation home investment during your stay.

Awesome stay

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Its within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pier and the beach. Very clean and spacious place. Highly recommend and definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway

Dog friendly, great location to beach and varuous restaurants. The beds were very comfy and place was super clean and well stocked with the essentials. We definitely would come back!

Cute house, great location

Nice well appointed house very close to the beach and restaurants. This place was perfect for our trip- it was comfortable and had everything you could need for a beach vacation. The kitchen was very well supplied as well with everything you would need to cook! Definitely recommend this place.

Great location

Great place to stay! A few houses down from the beach was great. No busy road to cross! The house is spacious and the bedrooms are a nice size. Restaurants and shopping are in walking distance and the pier is close by. Would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

This property is so convenient. The beach is just a short walk away, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The overall atmosphere of this property is very welcoming, we would definitely stay there again.

Great Trip

This was our second year in a row staying in this home and we had a great time. You truly can't beat the location and the home has everything you could need. Tons of restaurants and ice cream within walking distance.

Great Location - Super Cute!

This was perfect for us. We were right by the beach and could walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Easy drive to historic downtown. The house is very well kept and was very comfortable to stay in. Patty was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Terrific Spot For St Augustine Beach Vacation

Excellent property located a few houses from the beach. Several walking distance dining options. Very clean and nice house. Lots of ammenities on site like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Great Location!

My family rented this wonderful home for an extended weekend to visit my sister who is going to school in the area. It was a perfect location and had all amenities that we needed, and then some. We will be re-booking in the future!

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect for fam of 5 beach goers

Cute, clean, updated unit in a great spot. Walking distance from beach, pier, shops, dining, breakfast, ice cream, and coffee. 10 min drive to old St Aug. Dog friendly. Would def recommend.

Wonderful Beach stay

We found this home to be a cute and comfortable place to stay with a very short walk to the beach. No having to cross any busy streets. The home was very clean. We enjoyed the extra touch of books to read, puzzles to put together, bikes to ride, and toys for the beach. I would definitely recommend this property.

Family beach trip 2022

The owner is very responsive and very friendly. Answered any questions and concerns. Everything was just as expected and very clean. We had stayed before and enjoyed it then as well. Very close to beach and very close to several restaurants and stores.

Perfect Family Spot

This place was a perfect location for our family of 5. The beach access was close and the beach was not busy at all. It was super close to restaurants, shops, and ice cream.m (all within walking distance). St George street was about 15 minutes away. The place was clean and had everything we needed from high chairs to beach gear. We will definitely be returning.

Great place and location

Beautiful place newly renovated. Clean and almost on the beach. I recommend 100%. AC had some problems keeping up with the heat outside but beside that everything was fine.
