If you need a great getaway rental in St. Augustine. Look no further, seriously! What an amazing pace to stay with your significant other and they are pet friendly. We were visiting St. Augustine for the second time and brought our dog with us, so I want a nice and quiet place to call home for 4 days. The property has the essentials you need for vacationing in St. Augustine. We love everything about this property. The balcony off the master bedroom is fantastic for morning coffee, or even some wine in the evenings. Oh and not to mention the fact it’s close to the Historic District, where you can easily walk to the distillery and Flagler College to get a trolly ride. We are looking forward to visiting again and hopefully be able to stay longer.

This place is the perfect location for walking downtown! We took long walks everyday to down town and the waterfront. It's great not having to worried about parking either! Communication with the host very responsive and efficient. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in the downtown St. Augustine area.

This property was great for our weekend vacation in St. Augustine. The house came just as advertised with everything we needed to use the kitchen. Back patio was great for afternoon hags. Close proximity to two great restaurants, St. Augustine Fish Camp and Ice Plant Bar. We would definitely recommend.

The Southern Charmer was a great place to stay for our week in St Augustine. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished. It is walkable to downtown and a short walk to the distillery, winery, and a trolly tour stop. (We bought our tour tickets in town the day before so we were able to ride the trolly into town the next day.) Lincolnville is not the nicest neighborhood in town but it is safe and we walked daily (the sidewalk around the lake is a very pleasant walk, it starts where Park Pl meets the lake). Our only issue was that it was chilly the week we were there so we ran the heat which was very uneven in the house... the heat set at 75 would be 75 degrees upstairs but 65 degrees downstairs.

The hosts were very responsive and kind, offering us insight into local tours and places to see. The home is located centrally to the downtown area and there is even a trolley stop right at the end of the street! The walks downtown and to the local coffee shop, just a couple streets away, were so nice. Definitely a great trip!

Had a great stay in the historic district. Walking distance to local restaurants and a trolly stop is right around the corner. Our stay was quiet and relaxing. Definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Great Weekend Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay, especially with the ease of check-in and check-out. We were able to contact our hosts with any questions and they were more than willing to help. Perfect place to stay when visiting St. Augustine, especially if you want to be located close to downtown! If you drive a larger vehicle, parking may be a little tight, but other than that it was lovely!

Such a cute, comfortable little house! We loved it and it was just perfect for my husband, adult son and our dog. Walking distance to the historic shopping area of St. Augustine, just a few blocks from a great coffee place, a bike rental shop, and it was ideal having on site parking right in front of the house. The house was spotless, had everything we needed and was in a very quiet location. We will definitely come back, if possible!

Destination wedding stay

My husband and I stayed 4/4-4/7/25 to attend our son’s destination wedding at The Lightner Museum. Michael & Gia were kind enough to allow our small fur babies to stay with us on property which was very much appreciated! The home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved that it was located within walking distance to the Historic Downtown area Would definitely stay again if in the area..
