  • The day before or Same Day Bookings!! Please contact me before booking to ensure the house will be ready for you. Thank you!

    Our house is only 1 mile to historic St Augustine, 1 mile to St Augustine Amphitheater & short drive to the beach! We are in a great location to explore both the beaches and historic St Augustine!! Walk or take a bike ride to the light house & the Alligator Farm! Many great restaurants within walking distance. Bikes, beach towels & beach toys are available for use.

    This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Master bedroom has a king size bed and NEW king size bed in the second bedroom. Living room, there is a twin size day bed with trundle. Custom made curtains and shower curtains through out the house. Blackout curtains in bedrooms! Fully equipped kitchen with dining room. Nice size fenced in backyard for kids to play in! Pack n play and high chair are available.

    The neighborhood is located on Anastasia Island. Great family friendly neighborhood. You may need a car to explore the island. Historic St augustine is only 1 mile away, a very inexpensive Uber or Lyft ride.

    The house comes with 4 adult bikes, and one with a rear child seat. *** Please note, I cannot guarantee all bikes will be in working order at the time of your visit. If you need additional bikes, there is a place to rent bikes down the street. Thank you!

    Well behaved dogs only, 35 lbs and under are allowed for a $75.00 pet fee per dog. 2 dogs max.

    **For guest staying for long visits, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, it would be an additional cleaning fee per cleaning. I do leave cleaning supplies and vacuum and mop for my long term guest.

    My husband and I manage our vacation home together. No management company. We love and enjoy our vacation home and hope you will too!

    **Due to my schedule certain dates during the year, require a higher minimum night stay and required check in day unless staying longer than minimum stay.

A Great Stay

The home was well cared for, clean, and more than roomy enough for our group. It was in a great location in St. Augustine right near beaches and downtown. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

All the amenities were available. Clean home. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the historic district which was a big plus. Only 5-6 min drive. Overall, my wife was happy so I am happy.

This was the perfect stay. The only thing missing was a deck of uno cards lol….. we couldn’t have asked for a cleaner home and everything we needed was supplied. The guide book was a wonderful touch!

Great home in a great location!

Our family of five enjoyed a wonderful stay! Amanda and Wes were gracious hosts and the home had everything we needed! The location is amazing - super close to the beach, Alligator Farm, lighthouse and downtown St. Augustine. We had a blast! Thank you!

2nd time staying at this house. Convenient location and near downtown St Augustine and beaches without the traffic.Lots of nearby restaurants and attractions. Close to many supermarkets and other stores.Nice completely screened in patio with nice furniture. Grill ( we didn't use it ) but available. Quiet neighborhood

Convenient home to stay in

Stayed for 4 nights to explore St Augustine. The house was clean and beds very comfortable. Location was close to many restaurants and bars as well as historic downtown.

Wonderful!

Our family had a great vacation at the Anastasia House. Amanda made the booking, check-in and check-out process very easy. The house had everything we needed, including bikes that my daughters enjoyed. The location is close to the state park beach, close to the historic district and in a safe, family-oriented neighborhood..

Enjoyable stay

Property manager is friendly and easy to reach. Yhe house is a little too much of a walk for us to the lions gate bridge but its a hamlndy location for beaches, O'steens, and driving or biking to old toqn. town.

Perfect getaway!

This place was exactly as advertised. Super clean and well appointed - it had everything we needed for a weekend getaway! Slightly off the beaten path - it was close to so many of the fun things to do in St. Augustine. Especially appreciated the suggestions left in a book - about great places to eat and things to do.

Great stay

My family and I had a great stay at the Anastasia House! It was on a quiet street but very central to all areas of St Augustine. The owners thought of everything you would need and provided multiple helpful amenities.
