Mucho mejor que un hotel. Dueño atento. King de una habitación con un cómodo sofá cama. También tenemos una segunda unidad a 4 puertas de distancia. Quizás le gustaría viajar con la familia y aún así tener privacidad. para ver ver HomeAway # 4432550

Venga a relajarse y disfrute de este condominio totalmente remodelado, de 1 habitación y 1 baño con sofá cama en una comunidad frente a la playa. Esta comunidad de condominios respalda a uno de St. Las playas más hermosas de Agustín, Butler Beach, y también tienen piscinas climatizadas durante todo el año. Cuando se hospede en estas comunidades frente al mar muy hermosas y privadas, a solo minutos del centro histórico de St. Agustín. Esto está en una comunidad cerrada de playa. La playa tiene una entrada privada con una tarjeta llave. La entrada a la playa se encuentra detrás de la segunda piscina comunitaria. Hay muchos restaurantes locales ubicados a poca distancia, así como Publix, Winn Dixie y tiendas de abarrotes con licores. Nice little apartment. Cleanliness and stocking was good. Our only complaint was the sleeper conch is uncomfortable, the bathroom floor was pretty sticky and the shower drain was very slow. Nice spot though, and good pool and beach access.

Great Ocean Village Club Stay

Beautiful beach vibes

The condo was adorable with many wonderful touches of beach and beauty. The bed was so comfy and the towel art was awesome! The property was so nice, the private beach access a bonus too. We would definitely stay again.😊

Perfect Location for Quiet Beach Vacation

This spot was great for my family. We were looking for something quiet, clean, and in close proximity to the beach. Not only did this property offer all of that, it is also perfectly located to anything you might need for your trip. Groceries, coffee shops, restaurants all within close proximity. Couldn’t recommend more!

2025 New Year’s Trip

Nothing but a Great Time. Location was good for A1A strip and the Historic District. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay (make sure you bring your own coffee & filters). Appreciated the easy access to the beach (park in the visitor’s lot near pool#1) or bring a wagon if you have one.

Cute Condo in Great Location

This condo is updated and the perfect size for two. Had everything we needed for a 4 day stay and is in a great location in St Augustine. We had many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The two pools were great and there’s private beach entrance in the complex.

Great place to stay!!!

This condo is very clean. Close to the beach. It is a very short walk through the condo complex. I definetley recommed to stay here with family.

Nice St. Augustine Area Getaway

Check in process was easy. We liked that it was close to the beach and there were two pools in the condo complex. Location is good as its not too far from any of the local attractions. Walking distance from Publix, Starbucks, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when in the area next time.

Just as Advertised

It was refreshing to arrive at the property and discover everything was precisely as pictured and described. It was very clean and inviting. Well appointed with everything needed and decorated very cute beach theme. We enjoyed the access to the private beach to take in a sunrise. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. We will definitely be planning a return visit in the future.

Cozy and Beautiful

The only thing i’d mention is the bath looked like it could use a bit more cleaning. Everything else was perfect! Parking and checking in was easy, the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Great host and environment!

Just needs a few more blankets and a fan in bedroom. Easy walk to Hurricanes Wings one of our fave restaurants. Would rent again!!

Very Nice

Clean, comfortable, nice place to stay. Private Beach access is a bit of a walk if you are old folks like us..but..we found a bunch of visitor parking spots in front of the pool by the beach access which old knees and hips really appreciated! Seafood Kitchen restaurant right across the street serves excellent food! Comfy bed and great shower. Really cool slider shades . going to have to get some for my own house. Thanks for the enjoyable stay 😊

Beautiful Place

This was a great condo at the beach. We stayed in the same complex last year and really enjoyed. The condo is a good walk to the beach but manageable. It is right on the main road but this did not disturb us. Condo had everything you including coffee and filters. Owner was very attentive to all details. Would not hesitate to return

The condo was clean and the host was helpful when I asked questions. The building is old and needs new doors and window. The kitchen is updated and the washer/dryer is newer, however the furniture in the living space is dorm quality.

Disappointed and Felt Unsafe

I do not recommend staying here. Unfortunately, I encountered a few issues that impacted my overall experience. On the first night, we had difficulty finding parking and had to utilize visitor parking. Additionally, on Saturday, a realtor knocked on the door to show the property, followed by another individual who claimed to have rented it through VRBO just two hours later. I expressed my concerns to the owner about feeling unsafe with unexpected visitors attempting to access the property, but I did not receive a response. If my boyfriend wasn't staying with me, I would not have wanted to stay there alone.Given these experiences, I cannot recommend staying here.
