We had a great time at the condo. The beach was so close and the pool was mere steps outside, even though the porch felt private. Having a pool that was heated helped us because it was cooler outside. The property was well kept and everyone around was very friendly and it was peaceful. Owners were very attentive!

Communication with Vito was exceptional. He reached out quite a few times before our stay with instructions and offers. He was very responsive when I asked about instructions before leaving. The condo was clean and comfortable, and incredibly close to the beach. It was also very quiet and a easy drive to downtown St. Augustine.

We stay every year at OVC and we loved O15 and will see you next July!!! If not before then… we loved the convenience to the pool and the beach! Vito was in communication with us the whole time and made our stay smooth and perfect!

Fabulous trip

Property is beautiful, nicely maintained. Short walk to beach. People are all very friendly. Our condo was very clean and well stocked with items needed to cook, furniture comfortable and in very good condition and modern. Booking process very easy and very fast response from owners.
