When we arrived, the office was closed for the holidays. But the owner was so nice and helpful, he made it a breeze! The condo was perfect and just steps away from the walkway to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We came in late after a thanksgiving drive home from Georgia. Vito and his wife helped us check in around 8pm got us in the gate smoothly, answered all questions, and even told us what to see while at the festive of lights. They were so accommodating and attentive. Thanks so much for a quick stay in Saint Augustine last minute.

Host was very responsive. The only issue we had were with parking permits which was resolved quickly. Everything else met our expectations, the apartment, the pool area and the beach. We will definitely consider staying here next time our travels take us to the St. Augustine area.

The host, Vito, was outstanding!!! He was all about making our stay perfect, he is a great communicator and regularly checked in to make sure we were happy, but not in an obnoxious way. Very clean, very comfortable, and very well appointed! We will be staying with Vito again! And, we will be referring this place to our friends! Absolutely Excellent in every way!!!

Great Property

Love the location of this nicely updated property. It was perfect for our family getaway, so close to the beach, the community pool, and nearby restaurants. It was clean and comfortable, with a nice kitchen and plenty of seating for our family dinners and easily accessible wifi. We had a couple hiccups but the owner was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

My children and I and a wonderful stay at O14!! It was clean, roomy and comfortable. A few steps out the back patio door to the pool and a few more (5 min walk) to the beach! Enjoyed the sunrise this morning before we left…we will return again!

Location to the beach was perfect! The beach was wide and clean and the water was warm and beautiful! The pool was immaculate!The condo was clean and comfortable, felt like home. Vito was very accommodating and communicated quickly. Seemed very concerned that everything was up to expectations. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect spot for a family, so close to the beach!!

We had a such an amazing time for spring break at Vito’s condo!! We are a family of 8 and we all fit! I searched high & low for the perfect condo for our 9 day stay, and this was it! Walk straight from your patio to the pool & shuffleboard court. Beach is a short walk from your patio as well, the best building in the complex in terms of walking distance! The condo was very clean and comfortable, has that good “Florida” smell, and the brand new kitchen is nothing short of amazing! I want this kitchen for my own home! You can tell the owners put a lot of love into their vacation home, and I am so grateful we got to experience it. Communication was excellent, and we really did not want to have to leave! Saltwater Cowboys is right down the street, & downtown St. Augustine is 15-20min drive away so you aren’t in a super populated area, which is so nice! Cannot wait to stay here again!! Thank you Vito!!

Wonderful location

We were only able to stay one night, but it’s a beautiful location and the property was very nice. The owner was always quick to answer any questions. I wish we could’ve stayed longer ,hopefully another time.

Quick overnight stay

We stayed overnight in this condo to see Alabama at the amphitheater… we had 4 adults and it was a pleasure.. great location. Short walk directly to the beach, and great access to the best parts of St Augustine beach area .. owners were kind and great communication…

Convenient and Pet Friendly

Close to pool and beach. Pet friendly so you can bring tour fur baby and walk on beach. Unit had everything you could need. Happy stay.

Great Place!

My family of 3 plus my parents staying here over the Labor Day holiday. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The resort was great and the walk to the beach was not nearly as far as it looked in the photos. The pool was right outside our patio door. Vito was a great communicator. We will definitely come back! Thanks :)

Amazing location with everything we needed

Let’s just say we can’t wait to come back. Are the properties in this complex new? No. But that said, it looks like the property is maintained well. The location of the actual unit is great for quick and easy access to the pool (25 steps away) and the walkway to the beach. Vito is the great communicator. As soon as I booked the property he was in touch with a thank you and a what to expect email. As we approached check-in, we had everything needed for a painless arrival. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas and floats/boards for our family to enjoy during the week. Kitchen was well stocked. Appliances newer. Nothing broke and nothing to complain abou, which hasn’t always been our luck with VRBO properties 😂 The sunrises and sunsets are killer. Don’t miss them! We are already talking about returning for Fall visit.

Great family Memorial Day extended weekend

The ground floor condo had excellent access to beach and pool. Both were very close as was the shuffleboard. The condo was perfect for 6, my daughter and husband, two granddaughters plus my husband and me. Vito was a superb host with great communication and detail oriented. We would definitely stay again.
