The condo was amazing! Everything was great! We always enjoy staying at Ocean Villas and it was the perfect location to go around the Island and also to and from downtown! The beds were comfortable, the two bathrooms were very spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked of everything we needed! Would come back in a heartbeat!

This accommodation was clean, spacious, and convenient. We loved the first floor access to the pool and beach. The patio was great for lunch or reading. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the beach towels so we didn’t have to pack those. The communication was excellent. We were sent many messages asking if we needed anything or if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we came to the area.

The condo was nice enough and clean. The pool area was beautiful but we didn't get in the pool. We were booked in a different condo that was more suitable for couples which is why we booked there but we were switched to this place because people were working on the patio and building of the other condo. This only had 1 king bed, 1 queen which was pretty far from bathroom and the room closest to the bathroom only had 2 twins. Not what our 2 couples signed up for. The other condo had 3 king beds.

We loved the location of this condo. It was steps from the beach, steps from the pool and easy to get in and out of to explore St. Augustine! It was well suited for our multi generation family trip. Everyone had their own space and could relax at their own speed.

This property was perfect! It was beautifully remodeled and the complex is in a great location. Just steps from the pool and the beach. We could walk to mini golf and restaurants. We have rented many properties and this was by far the best! The management company was Itrip. They were great answered any questions we had very quickly, I felt assured that if there were any problems during our stay they would be available to take care of it. We really appreciated that beach towels and beach chairs were provided. It was an awesome family vacation. We hope to return!

we were extremely pleased with the location of condo as to pool and beach! Loved the patio size and the fact it had a gate! Think some of the patio furniture may need some repairs and/or new stuff! there was a lounger and a chair to glass table that needed repair as well as the small wood table that was falling apart and one of the lounger's was messed up looked like the plastic pipe was broken therefor did not use The size of the condo was perfect, only complaint was mattress in master bedroom was horrible, we had to move from bedroom to bedroom to try to sleep comfortably! Overall very pleased and would definetly book again and tell others to book it!

Great property, great location!

We loved our stay at this property! The location of the property unit can't be beat! Renovations are very nice, the place is cute, clean overall, well decorated and we had a great time! The furniture is very comfortable and the patio is great! That being said there were a few issues.There was sand on the floors and piles of it on the patio when we checked in. Sand is expected but not when they were just finished cleaning.The broom handle kept falling off, lol. They brought a new one.The patio door handle fell off as soon as we opened it.They came to fix it,had to order one. It was replaced a few days later so we had several days with no handle to the outside door. The listing and guide said there was a grill. When we didn't see one, we were told the property had said no more grills. On the way to the beach we saw a grill area with a small grill. It was replaced by two permanent grills later in the week, so those are there now to be used.I messaged before we went about beach supplies and was told "8 chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach cart, toys. No umbrellas and no beach cart.They brought an umbrella.Primary bathroom handle falls off if you pull it from the inside, lol. Seemed to be a theme. No steak knives:1 small paring and one huge knife other than butter knives.These were small issues,response was quick and helpful.They did offer us free tickets for the trouble. We'd stay again. Be aware stove burners come on if you are standing close to it and we had it happen a lot.

Great beach trip

Great first impression when we entered the condo…it was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever been in. It is modern and updated with comfortable furniture, well taken care of, and a very well stocked kitchen. Communication with the management company was quick, informative and timely. They were quick to respond to the few questions I had. The condo is a ground floor condo with east access to the pool and the walking path to the beach. The complex was well taken care of and maintained. Very impressed with everything and would certainly book with them again.

Perfect family getaway

The condo had everything we needed. Had a pool right outside doorstep and a second pool around the corner. We walked to beach every day. Condo was close enough to run back to condo throughout the day. We ate dinner at outside patio most days and sat every morning out there drinking my coffee and watching the sunrise. Went downtown one of the days. Very cool history and very close. We also walked to a couple restaurants.

Great Stay

We have vacationed in St. Augustine multiple times and stayed at several different VRBO's. This unit is one of our favorites. The complex has two pools. One is heated and is a 3 minute walk from the unit. This pool is very nice and surrounded by a moat that has koi fish and a few turtles swimming in it. The other pool is just a few steps from the patio of the unit. It is not heated but is also very nice. On the other side of this pool is the boardwalk that leads to the ocean, which is about a 5 minute walk.We really enjoyed that the unit is on the ground floor and has a large patio. Perfect for us because it made it easy to let our dog get some fresh air and go for walks. The unit is very clean and seems to have been recently remodeled, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen appliances are new and has all the cutlery, cookware and utensils that you will need (the only thing we couldn't find was a pizza cutter). It features an open floor plan so the kitchen is merged with the living room and there are several large TV's.St. Augustine is host to many historic sites. The unit is a quick drive to 'Castillo de San Marcos National Monument' and the 'St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum'. There is also a Winn Dixie grocery store that is close by and a Publix that is about a 10 minute drive.If we decide to visit St. Augustine again, we will definitely book this unit again.

Girl’s trip

We came to St. Augustine for a mother/daughter get-away and the condo worked out wonderfully for us! We loved being so close to the beach and we also loved that downtown St. Augustine is only a short drive away! Condo was clean and comfortable! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending!

Great stay

What a great location and condo. The unit is very convenient to parking. The beach is fantastic and so close. The pool is a few steps away and a pleasant experience. The patio is huge but does lose sunshine early in the day. A great time was had by all.
