Esta amplia casa de campo rústica completa con techos abovedados tiene un plano de planta abierto, ideal para el entretenimiento. Gran patio vallado con parrilla al aire libre y cenador cubierto. El segundo piso tiene un dormitorio principal y un segundo dormitorio y área de flex con vista a la gran sala por las escaleras y un baño principal separado con bañera de esquina de Jacuzzi, ducha y sala de baño separada para las dos habitaciones de arriba. El tercer dormitorio está abajo de la gran sala con un baño completo al otro lado del pasillo. Hay una sala de sol adicional fuera de la cocina que es una gran sala de estar, sala de juegos o puede ser una cuarta sala para los huéspedes séptimo y octavo mediante la utilización del sofá cama y cierre las puertas francesas con persianas de privacidad completa. Gran cocina abierta totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La casa está a unos 250 pies de la playa y el acceso al club de la piscina local y el complejo está disponible. Se está construyendo un malecón y unas escaleras nuevas para un acceso fácil y seguro al océano tras el último huracán. Tres cuadras hacia el oeste hasta el final de la carretera puede capturar las puestas de sol sobre el canal intracostero. Disfrute de restaurantes frente al agua en el vecindario en el río y el océano. El Capitán de la tía Kate en el agua, el arrecife y las playas de Vilano son nuestros favoritos a solo unas cuadras de distancia. Nuestra casa está a un salto de salto y un salto al centro histórico de San Agustín, a solo 5 minutos de todos los lugares de interés turístico. Hay una tienda de comestibles Publix 2 millas al sur de la isla para abastecer la casa con todas sus necesidades.

It was unusually chilly and the pool heater, a heat exchanger, could not keep up. The kitchen equipment lacked a flat skillet type pan, and some of the frying pans were scratched. The hosts were very helpful in responding to questions prior to the stay.

Great time with our family and grandparents. Super cute house. Close walk to the beach was nice since we normally stay right on the beach that it was so close still. Would recommend some curtains in front of the garage door that can be closed or opened for extra privacy. Everything was great though with the house, the close proximity to everything, and to the beach

Our stay was awesome. It was our daughter’s destination wedding at the Embassy Suites by Hilton. We had many places to stay but this home seemed extra special for our large family and it proved so. Absolutely loved our stay!! It was a perfect place for all our friends and family to stay for my wedding weekend! The place was beautiful and clean and check in was a breeze! I absolutely loved how safe it was for my kids with the pool net up and there was actually a baby gate available for us to use that really came in handy! We also loved that it’s literally a 2 minute walk to the beach!! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again on our next St.Augustine trip!!

Great family time

Pros: very clean, everything you need( utensils, paper products, towels), great location, close to beach.Cons: pool little small(liked the steps and swim out on opposite ends), no mini fridge in in-laws suite, only 3 bedrooms in main house 1 in in-laws but 2 pull out couches.Over all great place and would stay again!!!

Great Property/Great Location

This was the perfect property for a "multi-aged" family. The 30 somethings stayed in the guest house while the children, parents and grandparents stayed in the main house.Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. Also close to Old Town St. Augustine.

A Fun Place to Stay

The property was a fun place to stay, it was clean, lots of amenities (towels, kitchen supplies, shampoo, etc,), warm pool, casita, comfy beds, etc. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, a short drive to Cap’s Restaurant and the Reef’s Restaurant. Publix was a quick trip, too. We stayed 10 nights, so loved exploring St Augustine (a short drive away). It’s a great place to stay!

Perfect Family Home

Six adults and four kids, ranging in age from under 2 to 11, stayed at this lovely home near the beach for five glorious days. The layout of the main house allows for privacy and comfortable common space. But two amenities — the guest house and heated pool — made this an extra special place for a family reunion that included three generations. We’d return in a heartbeat.

Great Place to Relax

My family and I enjoyed staying at your beautiful property while awaiting our daughter’s wedding in St. Augustine. The house was very clean and had everything we needed with extras!! All the beds were comfortable and inviting. The bathrooms were super nice and fresh. Even with the not so good weather we were still able to enjoy the pool and grill outside. The mother-in-law suite was also a plus providing extra room and privacy for my daughter and her small family of 4. I will recommend this property to other family and friends. Best family vaca to date!

House is gorgeous and the in-law suite was absolutely perfect especially since my parents came! They had their own peace and quiet when they wanted to turn in early. You can't get a better location as there is a trail to the side of the property to get to the beach across the street! Best of both worlds -pool and beach-exactly what we wanted! Great outdoor space for grilling and hanging out. Best sleep of our lives! Mattresses were super comfortable. The only thing I would change (for us personally) is having the pull out couch in the house instead of the in law suite. In law suite should just be for 2 people in my opinion. My son had to sleep on the couch because we ran out of beds in the house...overall should we come back with everyone we will be booking this house again! Little more than we usually would spend for a place but we all had a great time! Owners were amazing when we had to reach them and answered us immediately.

Perfect location for family vacation

This was our first experience traveling with three generations. The house was perfect for our needs. The separate apartment gave each family personal space for the week. The kitchen was nicely appointed. Beds were comfy. The pool was great - loved the large "shelf" areas for little ones to swim and play without getting in over their heads. The shed contained so many pool toys and beach items to make our time at both places enjoyable. The very short walk to the beach was fantastic as we could run little ones back to the bathroom in no time! Nice, quiet neighborhood and beach.

Awesome Family Get-A-Way

This was my first experience with renting a property through VRBO. This property provided a wonderful home away from home for our entire family. Our hosts provided a very clean and well supplied home. Grandparents, adult children and grandkids all enjoyed the heated pool everyday. We utilized the beach toys and chairs, the child’s infant high hair, portable crib and safety gates. The ease of walking to the beach and also walking to beautiful sunsets and nearby happy hours were definite positives. I can not say enough about how awesome this property is and we hope to return in the future! Thank you to Jess and Jody for your attention to details and for providing such a clean and welcoming home.

Florida beach made easy

Beautiful home for our wedding weekend!

We enjoyed time in this comfortable and well-equipped home during our son's wedding weekend. Beautiful inside and out with plenty of space to get comfortable, flexible bedroom options, and a heated pool for relaxing (even in January). The host was super responsive and the home lived up to the photos. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the St. Augustine area!
