Summerhouse 128 - Newly renovated Oceanview 2 bedroom Flat

  • Nuestro condominio recientemente renovado está listo para que vengas y disfrutes de tu estadía en la hermosa St. ¡Agustín! Es un piso de esquina de dos dormitorios y dos baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio de invitados con dos camas individuales. El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo de azulejos con nichos de champú y puerta de vidrio. El baño de visitas tiene una bañera con paredes de azulejos y un nicho de champú. El salón cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana de 65 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD. Hay un sofá cama Queen con colchón de espuma viscoelástica y love love a juego. La puerta corredera en la sala de estar conduce directamente al jardín central y al área de la piscina. Justo después de la piscina está el paseo marítimo a la playa. Ambas habitaciones tienen alfombras bereberes, la cocina y los baños tienen baldosas de cerámica y el resto de la unidad tiene pisos de tablones para facilitar el mantenimiento. La cocina tiene gabinetes de altura de techo con iluminación debajo del gabinete, encimeras de granito y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Persianas de plantación en todas las ventanas y puertas corredizas de vidrio. Lavadora secadora. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Nuestra área común alrededor de las piscinas está cubierta de hierba deliciosa y bien cuidada con un corto paseo hasta la playa. Nuestra unidad de alquiler cuenta con un amable personal de recepción y mantenimiento en el lugar para ayudar a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente en caso de que surja. Tenemos una pequeña biblioteca y un gimnasio disponibles durante el horario comercial normal para su comodidad.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo in good shape, nicely decorated etc. A couple of minor comments would be sliding patio door very hard to open, and I found 3 door knobs were all loose, so I tightened them. Also you need more than two tee towels.

This vacation was cut short due to the mandatory evacuation , sad about that we would have loved to stay. Plan to spend more time at Summerhouse.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Summerhouse many times, and it has always been great-- except that the beds are terrible wherever we've stayed. Another couple accompanied us-- stayed in a different unit-- and reported that their beds were awful as well. I had to sleep on the couch for the last three nights. Please buy new beds!

Such a lovely condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a our first year in this condo. So very well appointed. We have re booked for next year. We did have an issue at check in that the condo had not been cleaned as it was supposed to have been. The twin bed sheets hadn't been changed and the guest bath hadn't been cleaned. They sent someone over to remedy the issue. I addressed this with summerhouse management and they assured me that they would address it.

We have stayed at Summerhouse before and enjoy the camaraderie of the residents there and the location is perfect for us to visit relatives who live in Florida. There are also many good restaurants in the area.

Nice renovated condo

The condo was nice! All the furniture was new, comfortable and provided the comforts of home. The flooring was perfect for beach condo and easy to care for. Nicely tiled showers. We loved how private this section of the beach was even on a popular week in the summer! The grounds are immaculate! The only negative of unit 128 was the we could hear every sound from the upstairs unit. The family above us had 2 young children and we were woken up very early each day by the pitterpatting of feet! If you want do not want to hear thumps and walking, rent the 2nd floor units. Overall, we loved the area and the beach!
