Summerhouse 251’s first level, includes a bright, airy, updated and stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing all your meals. All you need are the groceries. The kitchen looks out to the dining area, with plenty of seating for six. If cooking an elaborate spread is against your vacation plans, there’s a microwave and toaster, as well as plenty of pantry storage, not to mention freezer storage for anything you want kept fresh for later. The dining room is perfect for meals or game night, with plenty of room to spread out. You can also pop in a movie in the DVD player and curl up on the couch which converts to a comfortable, Queen-sized bed. A half bath is also conveniently located on the first level.
Summerhouse 251 is a wonderful relaxation spot! Head upstairs in Summerhouse 251 for the guest bedroom, and master en suite, which are both comfortably furnished and updated. The guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds, (with full bath close by). The master suite’s comfortable king size bed will leave you refreshed after a long night’s sleep. Starting Wednesday July 1st, 2026, the cost for purchasing a hanging tag from the Summerhouse Rentals Inc (SRI) will increase.

The current cost is a flat rate of $10.00 and will be increasing to $5.00 per day for a maximum of 14 days ($70) for renters.
