Central location to all we wanted to do in St. Augustine. House was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. Host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We are already planning a return trip to St. Augustine and would definitely stay here again. So satisfied we chose SunRise cottage!

Perfect weekend for The Players and SEC Basketball

We rented this house to attend The Players Championship. It was perfect for our group - the perfect amount of beds. The living space was so cozy we were able to watch golf coverage and SEC basketball all weekend. The location was perfect to everywhere we wanted to go. Quick drive to the beach, outlet malls, shopping, yummy food. An easy drive up to TPC Sawgrass for the golf tournament. The host was so accommodating with a last minute addition of a night to get our vacation started sooner. They kept in touch with us the whole stay. Wonderful Experience!!

Great house!

The house was beautiful and perfect for a group of friends to stay with pretty easy access to downtown St Augustine! It was about 10-15min drive to where we were driving near the fort area. The owners were great with communication and provided lots of recommendations ahead of time for us to have on hand! Highly recommend!

Beautiful getaway in St. Augustine

My husband and I, our 10 month old, and some family stayed at this lovely little home in St. augustine just minutes away from downtown and it was perfect! We were just a short drive away from the night of lights, beach, and parks for our baby. We all adored our stay and were all extremely comfortable here. I 100% recommend this home to any family’s and friends looking for a little getaway!

Dealing with a relative's estate

We came to St. Augustine to clean out my deceased brother's house. The house was cheerful to come back to after very long days working. We had everything that we needed. Our only issue was that the thermostat was set to 80 when we arrived and it took several hours to come down to 73.

Love the house

The house was impeccable clean and well kept really confortable beds and Sofas. The location of the house was a little far from the main attraction, you definitely need to drive or Uber to town, I don’t recommend walking cus the surrounding areas are a little shady and dark at night.

Absolutely Perfect Cottage

We were a bit leary driving through the neighborhood to access the cottage, but if you are, keep on going. The area of Josiah St is a line of practically new little cottages all in a row. We easily accessed the home to find a squeaky clean, beautifully appointed cottage with everything you could possibly need. Probably one of the best we have ever rented. Just a few minutes drive to town, beaches and entertainment areas, do not hesitate no book this little gem! We can’t wait to go back.

If you have family and like to cook in the evenings and be close to all tourism sites during the day, this is the place for you. Everything is there that you would need. The owners are helpful and informative and patient. this is our first time with VRBO, I feel like I got the definite 5 star treatment.

Clean & Comfortable

It was a great stay for our family nice clean house. House was equipped with everything if you want to cook. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and come with toiletries. It's a short drive to downtown St. Augustine.

Great place to stay!

Everything was great about this stay! The house is very new and VERY clean. It's very nicely decorated and well-stocked. The hosts were quick to respond to texts. It's only a few miles from downtown but it takes quite a bit of time due to traffic. Utilize the free park-and-ride to save on parking and frustration with traffic.
