Very nice, clean and bright house. Love the quiet area. Enjoyed the walkability to multiple restaurants and breweries. The lighthouse is also an easy walk through a quiet neighborhood. The fort is a 1.5 mile walk. The kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. The pool is small but a good size for relaxing at the end of the day. Overall a very calm place to stay.

The new home was lovely. The back patio was shaded on warm days and morning sun on cooler days. The view of the water was relaxing. My granddaughter enjoyed swimming in the pool with a comfortable temperature. The location was close to restaurants and a beach town and a quick bike ride to the old town. Since our stay was 3 weeks we missed having a grill. When we had another couple visit the living room space was a bit squeezed. We brought our Apple TV and with apps were able to watch network television. Overall a wonderful time.

Sunset Cove is a beautiful home and made for a very comfortable stay. Our hosts was very attentive and was quick to respond with any questions we had before our stay.The home is very clean and tidy and in a very convenient location. It is very minimally stocked but we were only there for a weekend so it didn’t really matter. If you are planning a longer stay make sure you pack all the necessities or plan for a store run. That aside I highly recommend Sunset Cove for your stay. You won’t be disappointed!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The layout was perfect for our group of two couples, especially with the two master bedrooms giving everyone their own space and comfort. We loved being able to see the ocean right from the property, and the location can’t be beat—less than a mile from downtown, making it an easy walk to shops and restaurants.The only thing that could be improved would be the pillows. If those are updated, this place would truly be perfect.Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Sunset Cove. So close to everything. 4 min drive to historic district, walking distance to the lighthouse and all types of food was within a short walking distance. The house was great, very clean, had everything we needed, ice maker, comfortable beds and the pillows were also great. The pool was a great bonus for a nice sit down dip with a drink.

It’s always a pleasure to rent from Dan. Unit is always clean, beds are extremely comfortable and towels soft and clean. The dipping pool was great. They even cleaned up around the pool mid week after a storm. Communication was also easy!

Easy option for a couple nights

Place was clean and everything worked properly but the proximity to road makes for lots of car noise late at night. Also the outdoor lights and pool lights shine bright through all bedrooms upstairs as some of the windows don’t have coverings.

Family vacation and College campus tour

This property was perfect for our needs. The location sits right in the middle for either going to the beach or downtown. It was a close drive for both. It worked perfect for our family as we wanted to spend sometime at the beach but also had activities planned for downtown. The house was super clean and was just as it was described. No surprises. We loved it and the pool was a super nice addition.

Fresh and relaxing

It was just a quick getaway with our grandkids to check out the lighthouse and fort, and experience the food downtown. It was nice to come back to the house where we could relax after a day of running around. It is close to everything. Loved everything about the place. Highly recommend staying there. We will be back!
