Amenities were perfect and the hosts were kind enough to leave homemade treats for the holidays! Only reason for 4 stars was I think either the owners or previous guests may have had pets, as my husband's allergies were triggered. But all around, my family had a great time! Even got to spend some of Christmas Day on the beach

Great stay at the beach

Communication was very easy and incredibly fast. Property is updated and very clean. Walk to beach is convenient and close by. House provided everything we needed - we made a couple meals from scratch and had all the kitchen accessories needed- including sharp knives! We brought our three teens and some of their freinds- property gave lots of room for us to all spread out. Definitely recommend!

Nice location and house

Enjoyed the location and short walk to the beach. House is a split level which worked for our family and in-laws. Only issue was there were no sheets for the pull out couch, had to go purchase them ourselves. I would recommend checking with management prior to your stay to ensure there are sheets and plenty of towels if you will need the pull out couch.

Lots of space, close walk to quiet beach

This home was the perfect respite from the crowds of the old town. Beautifully updated, well appointed, and clean. We didn't realize that the stairs were only outdoors, so we felt a little disconnected from the kids bedrooms when we turned in for the night, but this could be an ideal arrangement for extra privacy or up to 3 different couples/families sharing the house.

Cute and convenient

We were in love with the house and how it had a bedroom and bathroom for everyone. We were a quick Uber ride away from all the downtown fun. You can hear the ocean so clearly, especially at night. It was about a 10 minute walk all the way to the water, we went at night and it was the coolest experience. Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay in April 2021. It's really close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk! The indoors is just like in the pictures very clean and new. I only wish the outdoors was a bit cozier.

Pictures do not do justice!

The most important thing about this house is that viewers should know that there is way more to this house than the pictures reveal. When I was looking for a beach location to take my family to after Christmas, I liked that the house said it slept 10. The reviews were good so I gave it a try although I will confess that my daughters were very skeptical of being happy with the rental given that some of the pictures showed things like a single artificial plant or a shelf with 8 drinking glasses on it. They thought that if that's all the owner could find to photograph then something must be missing. I also had trouble understanding the bedroom layout and bathrooms. I'm very glad that I took a chance on the property. It was perfect for our family. The house has two separate floors. The top floor is reached by a set of stairs on the outside of the house. This floor contains two bedrooms-both with queen size beds, one has a washer dryer combination in a closet. There is a bathroom with tub/shower. There is also a large living room with wrap around couch, table that seats six and large kitchen island that seats 4. The four grandchildren sat there and loved it. The bottom floor, with walk in doors on both the left and the right side of the house, contains two bedrooms and they both have queens with the larger bedroom also having a pull out couch. As soon as you walk in there in a living room area with couch and tv and a studio apartment kitchenette. I would suggest to the owner that they add a 2 person small table and chairs. There are two bathrooms downstairs. One that enters from the living area and one inside what might be considered to be a master bedroom. The house was perfect for our visit because we were bringing three generations and had three family units. So everyone got their own space with bathroom. On the outside there are also two large wooden picnic tables that we used for lunch when the kids were still in swimsuits and sandy. There is an outdoor shower that we really appreciated. The four children would shower outside after the beach. No sand ended up inside the house-YAY! Because of Covid, we did not go to any of the many activities in St. Augustine. We walked the short distance to the beach multiple times and enjoyed our time together. There is a Publix two miles away as well as delicious barbeque. IN ALL THE HOUSE WAS PERFECT. THANK YOU! 5 Stars

Gorgeous property!!

We only stayed one night and I wish we had stayed much longer! The property was bright and clean and felt brand new. Separate living spaces between the upstairs and down was nice for the teenagers to have their own space. And the short walk to the beach could not have been easier. We will definitely rent here again!

Little Piece of Paradise

My husband and I, along with our dog, originally booked this beach house for 3 nights but we loved it so much, that we booked a 4th night! The house is newly remodeled and tastefully decorated with everything you would need for your stay. The street it sits on is extremely quiet and peaceful with little traffic and movement. The beach is only a short walk away and was never crowded. Communication with the property manager was prompt and easy. We loved every moment of our stay and definitely plan to return in the future!

We lived the layout, the vibe and the location. Walk to beach, 25 minutes to historic St. Augustine. Very comfortable! Highly recommend!
