Relaxing week long getaway

Wonderful place to stay for a vacation in St Augustine. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood right next to the beach with convenient beach access. It was also spacious and had great natural lighting. The house was very clean and our host was super responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

Butler Beach

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was as advertised with plenty of space to spread out, well cleaned and furnished as well as equipped. Five minute walk to wonderful Butler Beach is simply awesome and the pool is great as well. Property Manager was very responsive to some minor inquiries and an excellent host. We will rent again

Great Beach Vacation!

The property was nice and just over a block from a very pretty and uncrowded beach. Backyard and pool were awesome and where we spent most of our time. It was an easy drive to several stores and restaurants.

Clean everything there that was needed for beach fun. Pool was great. Only small negative was coffee maker didnt work and condiments left in fridge. Would recommend for large families. Easy walk to the beach.

Great staycation

This home had everything we hoped for a quick staycation celebration! As a local, I knew this location was just what we were looking for with proximity to beach, conveniences and great restaurants! The beautiful tree and swing out front were an added surprise. My daughter loved the 3 floors and deck space. This beautiful space is well appointed and accommodates so many that all ages will enjoy. Would highly recommend!

We would stay here again

This rental house met all of our expectations. Very well equipped, nice pool area with plenty of loungers and seating, private, updated, beach chairs, plenty of parking, quiet street, 5 minute walk to the beach, A/C worked well, plenty of space for large groups. The host had excellent communication.

Great place!

This place was perfect for our family reunion. Location was better than expected. Had a few minor things that needed to be looked at and Diana was right on top of it. Great host! No complaints m, would definitely recommend.

Don’t overpack! The house has everything you need! Bring your bathing suits, a couple outfits and food. Beach chairs, wagon, toys, bikes, cooking utensils, washer & dryer already there! We had a great time. Beds were actually to cozy!

Great house and great location to beach.

My husband and I had of four children, their significant others and our grandchild stay with us and there was plenty of room for everyone . The house was clean and very well stocked with kitchen items, towels, bikes, beach towels and other beach items. My family also enjoyed the pool. This house is a short walk to a very nice beach that was not crowded. My family really enjoyed this house and would definitely like to rent it again!

Great for a family vacation

Everything was very clean and the whole house was very well stocked. We had a multigenerational family vacation and there was something for everyone. The beach is beautiful and the access is only a little over a block away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect house

The pictures for this beach house do not do it justice. I am super picky and it was amazing. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The kitchen is amazing, it has everything you need. The saltwater pool in the backyard is a huge plus. The beaches are beautiful. Love love love this place.

We loved the house. It was well maintaned. The pool was nice and warm. Everything was wonderful, we had a great time. We would recommend this house to anyone who has a large group, it was roomy and comfortable.

Property was just as picture the kitchen was very spacious could accommodate a family of 11 everything you need for two small children three minute walk to the beach beds were extremely comfortable property and grounds were excellent ! the pool was heated and perfect temperature...I would highly recommend this property

We had a great time at this lovely home. The weather was cold and rainy so we couldn't enjoy the pool and outdoor areas. The rooms and accommodations were outstanding. Can't wait to go back!

5+ Stars!!!

Wow, this place was incredible. I have stayed at many VRBO rentals and this one by far was stocked unlike any other place. They literally have EVERYTHING! Close walk to beach, about two blocks and then the boardwalk to the beach. You can drive on the beach as well. Beach was pretty quiet and we were there on a holiday weekend. Beds were so comfortable!! Pool was perfect for in the evenings to cool down from a day at the beach. They have bikes, wagons, toys, fishing gear, floats, boogie boards…I could go on and on. Owner communicated with me quickly! Wonderful place and a wonderful host!
