There are several good restaurants and unique Pubs on the island within a few blocks. Davis shores is a favorite among visitors due to its centralized location to Downtown, the Amphitheater, lighthouse, Beach, and Conch House Marina... all within 3 miles.

    This spacious condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer visit with a full kitchen, comfortable family room, and relaxing bedrooms. The kitchen if fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, glasses, service ware, and flatware. The family room is the perfect place to watch a movie, play games, and visit. Host was very responsive and communicated clear check-in and out instructions. Property was well maintained and had everything we needed for a stay with our family & pets. Bonus, the beds and pillows were amazing! Great location for us and was quick and easy to either get to St. George Street or find a great restaurant on Anastasia island. Stayed here for a concert at St. Augustine Amphitheater and this location was perfect!

The description was spot on. This was such a perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was walking distance from the Conch House AND Osprey Tacos. Perfect. We had a great visit.

This property has a great location for what we planned on doing while in St. Augustine. The property had easy access going to and from and our parking spot was right in front of the unit. Beds were comfortable.

Our host answered all our inquiries quickly and the location was great for the short walk to town to see the lights. Also, easy to walk to nearby or in town restaurants, shops and sight seeing. Good stay

Great location close to town and easy drive to the beach. Not far from the Conch House and Marina with a sweet little coffee shop, Flamingo Coffee across the street diagonally. Lots of towels provided, two big tvs and host was quick to respond to any questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we visit the area!

Everything was perfect. Great communication, answers quickly ,and flexible to our needs. Everything was clean, great comfortable mattresses and location was close to everything historic and beaches. Highly recommend.

The quiet location. Easy to find. Great parking spot. Wonderful comfortable beds and pillows. Host very responsive and helpful giving all the information necessary for a fabulous stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I have had the pleasure of visiting St. Augustine on multiple occasions. This time I chose to stay in a house rather than a hotel, which proved to be a wonderful experience. The house was conveniently located in close proximity to the main attractions, allowing for easy access to various destinations by foot.

Very clean and exactly as pictured and described on website. Quiet area. East walk to town. Kitchen was fully stocked and some extras were included.
