Este condominio es uno de los más grandes del complejo, con más de 1,200 pies cuadrados de vistas panorámicas a la playa y canales de Intracoastal. Need refurbished

The bathrooms were not good. One lite bulb in each and no exhaust fan in either. The only shower for us was downstairs (walk-in)) and the bedrooms were upstairs. The upstairs bath has an old jet tub which was impractical to stepinto for a shower. The washer/drying were old and musty smelling. However, the view was stunning, the mattress was good in the master. The deck furniture was awful and one chair I. The living was broken and listed to the side. The entire unit needs painted. With a little work it could be wonderful with the view it has. When we arrived and tried to go to our car for suitcases we couldn’t get the door to lock. I called the number provided in a text for problems and was told it automatically locks when we close it. Which it did not. Turns out you have to push a button and turn the lock while pulling in. Whoever should have known and the lock needed replaced so it works.

Condo was nice but needs updated. Website needs to be more clear about the fact that the master bedroom doesn't have a private bathroom.

Dryer broken and was one of the main reasons we selected that condo for our 2 week stay. Had to install an aerator and clean out the slow drain in the main bath just to use the sink. Frig hummed and leaked water from the ice maker. So had to turn off the ice maker. TV in main bedroom couldn’t control the volume, so couldn’t watch cause volume deafening. . Beds, internet, and location very good..

Nice place.

Enjoyed my stay, I would report the only 1 out of 3 tv's worked, no big deal. Having washer and dryer there made up for anything I didn't like.

loved the place. The view, the ocean, the pool, the BBQ. the sunset deck. we are seniors and the 2nd.floor no elevator was an issue with bringing up the suitcases. also not mentioned clearly was that inside the apartment was another set of stairs to manage to get to the bedrooms.

Gorgeous location and well equipped condo

Everything was well stocked. Thoroughly enjoyed condo but wish there was a little info provided who to contact if issue. Lost WIFI three times and took about two hours to find out who to contact and get resolved. By the third time it happened- I gave up. My only complaint. Really pleased with location and how well it was to spend a month there enjoying the pool, ocean, and all that St. Augustine offers. Will return!

Second time!

We love this condo and it's location, it's the second time we rent this one and will again! It's perfect for our family of 5. The view is amazing and the property clean. I gave a 4 starts review simply because I believe this condo needs a little love... In the kitchen, the pot and pans are pilled-up in one big mess since one of the shelve is absent. The carpet is stained everywhere - although clean. We only had 4 beach towels even though I mentioned there would be 5 of us and I have no words to describe the mattress in the Master bedroom! We ended up removing the double layer of foam mattresses that were on top of the already soft one. Otherwise it's like the bed wants to swallow you whole! All and all, we'll come back to unit 218, we absolutely adore this place. But maybe consider investing a bit of love in it ;-)

This until was great it was clean, and had great internet and a tv in every room which is helpful. There is a large patio/balcony in fron of the unit as well thats great for hanging out in the eveninga.

Okay but not necessarily suitable for elders as there are no elevators to the 2nd floor .

Going to the 2nd floor was difficult for elders as carrying the luggage was arduous. While the bedrooms were okay the location of the 2nd bathroom in the lower floor was very inconvenient and loss of privacy. Also we like to bring to notice that the fridge was out of order for 2 days resulting in disposal of milk, fruits ,vegetables and cooked food thereby incurring extra expenses and serious inconvenience.. The location of the shelf next to the stove with sharp edges resulted in 2 serious accidents to the forehead and profuse bleeding which could have resulted in stitches if the bleeding would not have stopped. On a more general issue, the bathroom exhaust fans were out of order. Also the storm door was removed without our knowledge and was not reinstalled . Hope this helps you in the overall improvement of the property. Syed

Great condo on the beach!

This is the 3rd time we stayed in this condo and we love the location and complex. The pool is great and the beach is magnificent. We couldn’t ask for anything more-it is so hard to leave!

Just steps away from the beach!!

The property is as beautiful as the pictures make it look. The condo is located in the middle of the complex making the master suite the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. Of course you are just steps away from the beach if you would rather watch it from there. We were also able to park out vehicle on the beach in front of the condo making it easier to take all the tents and coolers in one trip. What a beautiful condo at a beautiful beach. I will definitely return to this condo when we come back to St. Augustine. It was also a blast to visit downtown each night. Endless restaurants and shops to enjoy.

Wonderful Week in Lovely Setting

The condo more than met our expectations! We have stayed at other condos in the general area, but this is one favorite by far, even though this was our first stay in 218. The description on the site was spot on for the amenities. The beach was only a short walk not crowded at all. Even though we do not have small kids to enjoy the area , the complex was family oriented. I highly recommend this condo and hope we can return for another week next year. Marisa was great to work with!

Beautiful condo on the beach

Stayed here over 4th of July and had an amazing time. The condo is gorgeous and so convenient to everything St. Augustine. This was our first time here and we are definitely coming back next year. The kids enjoyed the pool and beach-perfect for a family getaway. We travel quite a bit and this was a winner. Thanks to Marisa for making sure everything was perfect for us.
