The house was spacious and clean and we absolutely loved the area. It really worked for us. We were a short drive to the historic district but walking distance to the beach!! The fenced in yard was a plus for our dog and the neighborhood was great for daily walks too.

This place was perfect for our family of 6. It was in a quiet residential area had a play ground for the kiddos in the plan. Right by the beach and places to eat. Not far from old saint Augustine. Had everything we need! Totally recommend! We will be back!

We loved the house! It was very comfortable, clean and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable. My husband and I traveled with our baby and we commented that every piece of furniture chosen for the house, pool were chosen with ultimate comfort in mind. The location is convenient to so many great places to eat and to the beaches. We would definitely rent Tidal Paradise again and would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful, clean and comfortable place to stay. The host, David, was very nice and although we had no issues to report the texted correspondence between us was promptly replied to and the tone of the text was very warm and polite.

Overall it was a very nice, quiet needed vacation . It was extremely close to the beach and being able to drive onto the beach and park was such a nice change from having to be so far away from the usual parking when you go to the beach. The house was clean and tidy however, at that price point , I think you could invest in higher end bedding in Primary room… sheets and comforter as well as invest in higher end bath towels for guests . The towels that were available were very worn out and unappealing as well as the beach towels . I would also suggest buying a good quality toilet paper . What was there was ridiculous. The pool was clean and private which was an added plus . There are definitely more pros than cons . I would stay here again and bring my pets and family next time .

We had a wonderful stay at Butler Beach. The house is well appointed, beautiful backyard, beautiful pool, and close to the beach! We so enjoyed investigating Saint Augustine. Thank you for having us. We will be back!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, very spacious, very liveable. All the necessities for home away from home. Well supplied kitchen to cook all the meals that you want too. Very nice bedrooms with some big ol beds. The owners of the property were very responsive to any questions and gave us heads up when the pool company was coming to do the chemicals and clean the pool. Over all, we were completely satisfied with our stay!! Could not have asked for a better place to spend a week in St.Augustine. Oh, I forgot to mention the pool, the fire pit and the grille that we wore out!! The pool was cleaner than the ocean, there was NO SAND, and the sun was the same sun that was at the beach. Amazing, amazing place to stay. Thank you David and Patti for your hospitality! We will DEFINITELY be in contact for our next trip down.

Great Property/Lots of rules & Pool hours

The pictures are accurate. It looks just like the photos but the pool has hours that are not advertised. Also there are ALOT of rules, cleaning, and choirs. The property managers will want to know when you arrive and leave because the cleaning crew needs to get in as soon as possible. The property managers contacted us daily while we were ON vacation. St. Augustine is beautiful but next time I’ll just stay at a hotel that was much cheaper and does not require so many chores. Upon speaking to the property managers, I am told that everything that they asked us to do was a recommendation not a requirement so I’ve listed the numerous requests from the property managers that was sent daily. Also, the neighboring house were firing fireworks and they definitely did NOT receive the note about the pool hours.

All You Need!

We had perfect accommodations for our family and even our small dogs! It was very clean. Everything was labeled. Great house! Super comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a great stay with our daughter & young kids. They loved the pool and the beach was easily accessible so best of both worlds! We made a lot of our meals in and the kitchen was furnished with the basics we needed. Would definitely rent again!

Quick trip

Booked this house after disembarking from a cruise, on our way to Atlanta. The house was super clean and updated. We loved the pool. We enjoyed the covered porch as well. Owners were very easy to work with. We absolutely love St Augustine. Would definitely stay here again!

Fell in love with Butler Beach!

Our stay was spectacular. House was clean and offered everything we needed for a simple and relaxing beach vacation for the week with our baby. Pool was always clean and temperature was perfect! Neighborhood was quiet but friendly. Beach was a short 10-15 min walk or 3 min drive!! Perfect for us. The only thing I would say (also I have a sensitive back so this for my fellow achey people) is that the master bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I wouldn’t let that deter me from coming back but I may bring an air mattress. Butler Beach is laid back and charming— our new go to spot for our family summer vacations! Specifically loved eating at Oasis Restaurant & Connolly’s for a fantastic breakfast! So grateful for our stay and the memories that were made :)
