“Great place to stay it’s not a far drive anywhere in the town!!! ”

“The host, Neil, seemed very nice but the apt. was bot very clean. The place smelled of cat urine, there was cat hair on the table, hand prints on the walls, mirrors dirty, when we pulled blanket back there were stains on sheets. Recliner was dirty spots. The pool had a hose in it...hot tub had so much chlorine you could barely breathe. I was VERY dissatisfied, I could have brought my camper but was excited for the hot tub and couldn't even use it. We left at 11:30 pm cuz we were NOT sleeping on...

“Would not recommend if you looking to get sleep! Also would not bring young children if you travel. Very loud music plays downstairs at local bar which can clearly be heard in the rooms above. Vibrates walls until 2:00AM, unable to enjoy TV. Door very loose and flimsy, several defects not shown in photos. Parking in rear of building must walk around city block to enter. Homeless people at night. Submitted complaint to Vrbo, No follow up to videos and pictures. Please do not be fooled. 1 out of 5...

“Your place was brightly lit and certainly clean. This is an adorable place for a quick stay. If I may make a suggestion, please consider placing window treatments in the bedroom and a rug to wipe feet at the door.We loved how close this place was to the falls and Clifton Hill. I would consider staying here again.”

“I liked that there was coffee available for us to brew in the morning. The apt was clean. The stairs were a little steep to carry our suitcases up.”

“The inside of the rental was decorated beautifully and very clean. We only made coffee but there where enough kitchen items for your stay. As others reported the back door is hard to lock. We did not feel comfortable sitting in the front porch as it does need some upgrading to be as nice as the inside of the rental.The outside of the property could use a bit of upkeep. We did enjoy our stay here while visiting Niagara Falls.”

“Place is great. Easy access and in an absolutely perfect location. We did the Niagara Falls thing but the kids and I ended up staying around the area because the easy walk to downtown, to the incredible beach, and the view from the yard was just too great to leave. All the essentials and amenities that you would want are in the house.”

“My overall stay was great! The place was very clean and organized. We did experience some difficulties figuring out the TV. Thank God my daughter is a pro at TV technical apps so she was able to sign up for a free 7- day trial of Netflix or we would not have been able to watch anything. We don't have Prime, Netflix or cable at home.Also, we didn"t know there were steps to a 2nd floor apt. I just hurt my knee and this info would be good to know in advance.”
