“We were in town for a family wedding the same weekend as a dance/cheer competition. Since it was a small wedding, no hotel blocks had been set aside, and by the time I got around to booking, they were either full or super expensive. Then I found this place, and it was better than a hotel! We had three couples, so the three bedrooms and three bathrooms were ideal. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Every surface is new, and we loved the open kitchen and living...

“The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences.”

“Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely.”

One of the doors did have a tricky lock, but the overall stay and experience was excellent.”

The bedrooms on opposite sides of the living and kitchen rooms was perfect for privacy! Bathrooms were nice as well as all the furnishings. The location was perfect, quiet but convenient. “They missed a few details such as mowing the front and back yard. We had a dog but could not walk it. The grass and weeds were up to my knees. The cleaning crew was there even after our check in time. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and no paper towel in the kitchen. Overall, a nice spacious house centrally located and beautifully furnished and decorated.”
