“Strongly NOT Recommended – Poor Service and Safety Concerns During our 3-day stay, both the WiFi and washing machine advertised with the property were not working. We contacted the support team several times but received no proper solution, and eventually they stopped responding. Worse still, the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and continued for around 30 minutes. There was no fire, but we received no assistance and had to find the fire panel and stop the alarm ourselves. This was extremely...

“Fabulous stay , will definitely be back”

“Accommodations were exactly as described. 3 bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. No closets but dressers if needed. And a great washer and dryer! There was an issue with the septicwhich was attended to immediately - however a slight odor remained for our stay. Ardian was very responsive. ”

“We had a wonderful time at the Bull Pen. If you’re looking for a quiet, well equipped secluded base from which to explore the nearby towns and villages, this was hard to beat. The nearest shops are a 5 minute car journey away and there are plenty of pubs in the area if you want a bite out. The hosts were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Being on a working farm, there are obviously going to be farm noises but these were not obtrusive. “Our third visit to Heathfield and it gets better every time. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and the facilities excellent, A hamper to welcome us, lovely fluffy towels, crisp white bedding. There is sea view and the village of St Mawes is delightful. We had dinner at The Rising Sun the first night only to be serenaded by a male voice choir, carols and sea shanties quite memorable.”

“Excellent property. Everything feels new - solid wooden internal doors, downstairs wet room, spacious kitchen/diner, bi-fold doors to patio and garden...We were 4 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights. It's about a 10 min walk to the town. You need to cross the road to get to a path - as it's on a bend visibility isn't great so it can be a bit hairy - if you're planning on staying with kids you'll need to be extra careful. Overall I highly recommend this property.”

“Location was lovely. Driveway was very difficult to manoeuvre in and out of The garden was really just patios - not ideal for dogs Upstairs bedroom ceiling hight was ludicrously low - my wife is 5' 2" and even she was bringing her head”
